Hey, could anybody tell me why when I use OpenGL

why like when it loads the console or game why does the

menu not go away? I have to press esc then resume the game.

I am running on a GeForce 2 440 MX 64 Meg DDR with the latest

drivers under Windows XP Home Edition.

Thanks for any help.

is it only when you start a new server? That's a known problem that everyone deals with....or is it all the time?
This happened to me for the first, and only time so far (thank God), yesterday. It was right after I had set up my net_graph in TS. The screen looked exactly like that.Including the net_graph in the lower right corner. I have mine as #7 and in the middle(position #2.) :? Buuut... after I pressed esc and re-entered the game, the menu vanished, but the net_graph remained. It was odd.It hasn't happened since for me... so... good luck to me.
Yes, i see that too, but when it happen, repress "esc" and you must to "quit" the game and restart it if you arent under hlsw program !Egidio.
That happens to me when I create a server so I can run around and learn a map that isn't running on the TAC...It's no big deal... I figured it's just a glitch with OpenGL that they'll never fix because it's related with the HL engine... Besides, it doesn't affect gameplay.
