For those of you that don't know, we are in the grips of a cold spell that makes me want to go to a climate change convention with a T-shirt that says "You're All A Bunch of Liars!" I'll give you a for instance, last night the fuel line froze in my Envoy. My sliding glass door is frozen shut, and so on. Really makes 2142 much more realistic because it's cold as hell in my basement. Aim's little off due to hypothermia. Anyway, I thought it might be nice to have a creative contest. Please help me finish this following sentence: "It's colder than... The winner will receive a months supply of yellow snow.
February 8, 200719 yr a little messed up a couple towns over in Mexico NY they have had in the last 48 hr. about 5 to 9 feet of snow and its still coming we have had three county's declare a snow emergency

I haven't been able to start my car in 4 days.i've found ice coming thur electric plug in sockets and inside window sills around my door frames ect. it's soo cold at night that even the bars are closing down to keep people at home. So here it is your slogan "it's sooo cold that in WI the bars close down."
February 8, 200719 yr Its cold in england too... its 12degrees (Fheit) here at the moment, we had 18 inches of snow overnight too, it never snows (and if it does it melts in about half an hour if it settles at all) and when its cold it is rarely below about 27degrees its so cold that when i rode my motorbike yesturday, i got off to take a pee, and had 2 raisens where there were usually plums
February 8, 200719 yr Author Has anyone heard of the HAARP? It's a DARPA Project that can allegedly provide over-the-horizon ground communication by superheating the "ionosphere." Some sources say this technology has weather changing abilities. HAARP as per Wikipedia Think the Democrats put the kaibash on this project after coming to power and that's where this cold is coming from? God I love a good conspiracy theory.
February 8, 200719 yr My roof turbines on my house are whining like Tigerhawk. LOL. The bearings are all frozen. We have no snow at all but it was -46 here for about a week now. It's so cold that I am going to Texas on Saturday.

February 8, 200719 yr It is funny to hear you guys talking about snow the 2 guys on this forum from canada have no snow here in toronto canada we have not seen much snow all year it is very cold but I will take the cold over the snow anyday Oh i got the snow believe me we got about a foot and a half right now. And i'll take the snow cause when it snows it gets warmer and i don't mind doing a bit of shoveling, something else to keep me warm.

Well I know all about how cold it is where Klink lives since I live in the same city but didn't find the temps too bad, it was most the windchill that did it. But this past weekend was really bad -40 or so windchill.
