I have not seen anything fun on this forum page, maybe coz i havn't looked at all the posts, just 2 many of them....As i am from Scotland (greatest and most beautiful country in the world) i was just wondering if :Anyone has ever been to Scotland?What did you think?Did you have haggis?and for those who have not been to ScotlandDo you know what haggis is?

Haggis is the sheeps stomach, stuffed with it's other organs, then boiled. Usually kidneys, liver, brain, along with some veggies.It tastes ok...looks disgusting, and the texture is awful.
i went to Scotland this summer, loved it. Better than the rest of the UK IMHO. Though Snowdon park in Wales gave it a run fors it money. I was up near Glasgow and Inverclyde (is that a county or a town), it was drop dead beautiful. I ate haggis (and some damn good beef) while i was in Scotland, it was some good shizzle. Looked kind of like scrapple but tasted a lot better. BTW, i come from Carlisle, PA, and I passed by our town's namesake while in Scotland.

yes, i had the misfortune of dirnking Irn Bru, it was sadly, not that great. The Diet version almost made me gag :D
When my mother cooking that "haggis", when i was young between 6 and 15 years old, they make me vomiting also when i have not eat & my stomach was empty ! BLEH !In french is "tripes de mouton" ou "tripes farcies"... BLEH agains !Egidio.
HAHAHAH Haggis is nasty.. Its something your grandma poops out and feeds to the family. It has corn and strips of meat and hair! :oops: :idea: :idea: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:
