July 10, 200718 yr You gotta go oldschool and use a standard keyboard to show your true skills not all this newfangled bs LCD show my score every second I can't recognize voice in Ventrilo so I use a keyboard. Ugggggh., Note the bravo-like type style.
July 10, 200718 yr I do recognize most of the guys in vent allready, but still i could learn faster to recognize new comers if i could see this on the g15's lcd. So what do i have to do , is it automatic, or i need some settings to see the ventrilo on the lcd ?
July 10, 200718 yr You have to have the new beta version of ventrilo in order to have the lcd thing Click here and scroll down to the very bottom. After you download it, click on setup and go under global. It should be there. Note that I'm at work and cannot test this, it is just what I have gathered from websites.
July 10, 200718 yr I use the keyboard as well, anyone know if you can set up the G keys to open up specific folders, I wanted to set up a few of my g keys to open up my mp3 folder, another for my video, and another for my docs, anyone know how to do this, i know on my old logitech mx3200 set you could do that but on this one so far i only see options for opening up *.exe files, any input would be appreciated guys, thanks.
July 11, 200718 yr sorry didnt get back to you sooner but yes use the beta at the bottom of the page for ventrillo. It works fine and since I don't get on much it certainly helps to see who is talking. Thanks Cossu i will give it a shot anyway
July 11, 200718 yr I'm not real good with windows key binding, but this is what was given to me as a shortcut for a G key that will "alt-tab" me out of 2142. "C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\Show Desktop.scf" I'm not sure if you can just modify that to one of your other folders. I would test it for you but I am at work.
