the new movie by rob zombie rocks;)

It's soooo good i'm telling you all to go see it now.

Considering the last one I saw from him "The Devils Rejects" was one of the most gross and disgusting movies I have ever seen, I would have to pass on this one and any other movies he puts out.

oddly enough not at all.I'd say it followed all the old skool basics for a scary movie, without all the gore. It's got some nudity, and some blood, but all in good taste. If you liked any of the older flicks like halloween or friday the 13 or nighmare on elmstreet ect ect. Than you'd like this movie.
I love Rob Zombies movies, so I am sure Ill watch this one. Lol Nelson ur just scared of scary movies hahahahaha:D
I saw it. It wasn't scary. It was only mildly entertaining. Definately not worth the money to go see it in a theater. I didn't really think that it was a good movie.

i'm surprized to hear you say that,do you like the older movies that i listed? If not then i understand.I think this movie was done quite well.We were gonna see kingdom which was my choice (the wife always wins:) )But i'm glad we seen halloween instead. It's alot better than some of the dumb girly movies she's dragged me too:o

Well I don't really watch a lot of scary movies because when I was a kid I was in the room while my grandmother was watching one and it scarred me for life. So I have just recently started watching horror flicks.

I actually used to watch the Nightmare on Elm St. movies with a friend and those were OK as well. I guess that I am just not a big horror movie fan.

But a friend who I watched it with does like scary movies a lot and he agreed that it was just mediocre.

I just didnt really think that the plot was very strong. A kid in a bad environment kills people. Hooray. He has multiple sources of stress and emotional damage, and he basically has no soul. So he kills people (most people, I should say)

I don't know, I just didn't really like it. The only "scary" movies that I have really liked are the Saw movies and Seven.

Thanks for the recommend I had mixed feelings about seeing it but it piqued my interest. So I may have to check it out this weekend.
yea im not a big fan of gore, i dont think gore can be done "in good taste", horror movies that actually have more of a psych aspect to it like the movie seven, it isnt just straight gore it has an indepth story with the gore, anyone can do straight gore, the technology is there, it takes real talent to add depth to a story, which i feel rob zombie lacks, IMO
