October 1, 200718 yr There are some pretty good links posted here. You can make a thread in the sig request section and I'm sure someone can help you out.
October 1, 200718 yr Start with a new project 450 X 120. Go to gamerenders.com or PlanetRenders.com they have lotsa tutorials. Learn the different functions of Photoshop for instants. They mention tools to use in the tuts and you need to know where to find them. It's not that easy to start until you know all the tools and what they do then it's a snap. I will work on one for you tomorrow or the next day if you give me an idea what you like on it and don't say anything. The people who say "anything" usually want you to make 100 changes after you are done LOL.

October 1, 200718 yr I didn't even know that thread existed sharp lol. It helped me get a few more good tutorial sites. Well Sean, if you are interested in learning about how to make sigs...be prepared to do some homework. Most sigs are made in some version of Photoshop. Photoshop CS3 is the newest version, but I use CS2 and it's still really good. Photoshop is kind of a gamble because it is expensive to buy plus you can't just jump in and expect awesome results. It's like any other form of art, you're gonna start at a really low level. I've spent almost 3 years of my own time learning Photoshop with no schooling and I'm still far from good. If you want something to try if you'd even like Photoshop, I'd recomend GIMP. GIMP is a free application that's a lot like Photoshop, but not as powerful at some things. It's a good way to start to get a feel just in case you don't want to spend cash on something you may not enjoy. You can download GIMP here. Now, that part I said just covers the programs that most people use. Making a sig is a whole different topic. There are a huge amount of styles and techniques used in making various sigs. I'm not even going to start on this topic lol. I hope that helps a little. If you're not really interested in learning how to make your own sigs I'm sure someone around here, including myself, wouldn't mind making you one if you request in the "Sig Shoppe" section of the forums.

October 2, 200718 yr Sig is too big You're too big. O.K. I thought I did it right. Hmmm, back to the drawing board.
October 2, 200718 yr Author That is cool Klink, I like the M-209 gun. I like it though. Thanks for taking the time to help me out
October 2, 200718 yr Love the concept Klink. Nice job. I still have the best sig on the site lol jk:D
October 2, 200718 yr I thought sig size was increased to 450x120? O.o either way... cant you just resize it?
October 3, 200718 yr Well, when two pixels love each other very much..... (the link sharp posted is good ;D)
October 3, 200718 yr either way... cant you just resize it? It's the principle of the matter. It's no longer about a sig being made or not, it's about the correctness of the resolution. It was my understanding that the sig size was increased to 450x120, and by that rule, the sig is not too big. All I'm saying is that the call on the sig being too large is false and needs to be re-examined. ;] So did I............ I can't find the thread that it said that, though.
October 3, 200718 yr Author I appreciate the time you took away from yourself to make this sig for me Kilnk. I am going to try and lear n how it is done.
October 3, 200718 yr btw just a lil hint when i make a sig nowadays i usually start of atleast double the finished size and just shrink it to the max allowed size that way it will be alot more detailed ex. if you want to make a 450x120 sig start of with the size 900x240 you'll have alot more space to work with! shrink it to fit then waalah you have a more detailed looking sig... hope this helps!
