my vid drivers are out of date, if i update them nothing works (steam, any of the battlefields). hell its hard enough to get around windows with them installed . i'm sticking with my old ones and i dont seem to get many issues.

interesting concept. but it will not work sadly. You go from salt water -> hydrogen, oxygen, and salt -> salt water. Energy in must equal the energy out so you end up with the same amount of energy (including heat loss). still if this is more efficient then electrolysis then this guy may have come up with a better way to manufacture hydrogen. they wont be burning direct salt water for fuel but hopefully this will increase hydrogen power research much further.
