when a team like Italy plays the game the way its meant to be played they can put out some extraordinary football.....a great display of teamwork and fairplay...although there were a few "falls" only a select few went down that road...the rest played football....a job well done and 2 spectacular goals to end germanys world cup hopes....what a game that was to watch

sure but before you make that assumption watch a italian,portugese,mexican,brazilian game....then watch an english,german or french game and tell me the difference you see in players diving and players actually being fouled....it is a substantial amount...thats what causes games to swing

perhaps you need to pay a little more attention to what you read, read the thread title its not about the teams its about the officials..so before you start accusing me of bashing every other team think about what you read first...i dont bash every other team, just the ones that like to fall alot and whine about fake fouls not once did i bash any other team just for the fact they aren't england....forgive me for being proud of my nationality

i agree completely how a team that plays the game like them can celebrate the way they do by defeating a 10 man injury flattened team with more skill, class and heart is beyond me, i hate teams that play the game to win fouls....find me a man on the english, german, brazilian or french squad that dives for joy as opposed to going for glory.i hate those players as you will clearly see here
