I understand where you are coming from but...Take the OJ case, for example.I might be way off but i remember hearing something about planted evidence or manipulated evidence.That sends up a red flag to me. If i'm not sure an investigation is fair there is no way I could convict someone guilty of murder, let alone a lesser crime.

To convict someone guilty you are supposed to be 100% sure in your mind that he/she is guilty.innocent people have been put to death because of misleading evidence.If you have any doubts you vote not guilty, that is the way it is written.Now, can anyone here say that you would bet everything you own, your family, your friends, and everything else that matters that OJ was guilty.If you can't say yes then you need to vote not guilty because if you vote guilty and are wrong you just stripped a man of his-belongings-family-friends-and everything else that he hasOur justice system is here for a reason.

First off, I'm not flaming, spamming, nagging, or starting another 2.9 complaint thread. Just gonna say where I think 2.9 holds up compared to past versions and games. The goods: -new maps, Basrah is my favorite, play even and doesn't lag -new weapons, the m4 and m14 both belong in FA and add to the overall character to the game -new bullet prediction, although its the cause of the horrific bugs in 2.9, it allows guns to actually "hit" where they are aimed. example, in 2.9 all my shots seem to hit I only miss when my crosshair isn't on the target. The Bads: obviously the countless number of bugs:shotguns, lag issues, and the constant crashes are a big turnoff. In my opinion, you have 2 choices in terms of strategy 1) take a shotgun and rush or 2) camp with mg's, SR's, or GL's. SMG's and the AR's don't play as strong a role due to the bugs. You can argue that they are still good but even a skilled famas user can be owned by a new-comer who uses the 870 or saiga. to me, 2.9, even with the patch, is a good example of a beta FA. The bugs that were missed anger me because they were known way back win TAC tested 2.9. They should have been caught. However, some good can come out of the foul-ups. If there is a 3.0 it needs to be tested more extensively. FA is a small game and those who play it care about the direction it is heading. Open up release candidates so more people can test and look for bugs. Surprises are gonna get leaked anyway so there is no point in trying to keep a sekrat. In conclusion, a clean and non-buggy 2.9 would be by far the best FA of all time. -new maps -new weapons -new bullet code =better gameplay and more ways to play. 2.9, even with all its bugs, is still better than DoD and CS, but hey, thats just my opinion. later on, PUNISHER

First of all, the card I have is made for over clocking, even more then what we set it at...We have a monitor program but it won't show temps for some reason...Today my brother noticed that we had less then a gig free on the HD, 80 gig drive to lolHe thinks it was slowin down because not enough virtual memory or somethin' like that.Gonna try Far Cry again real fast, I'll post again if there is still a problem.

Okay,I have a P4 2.6 800FSB512 DDR 400 CorsairFX5900xt gold edition, made for overclockingI own Far Cry and play it with the graphics maxed. In my opinion, this comp should be able top handle it right?At first, it runs fine, only slowing down a lil at the beginning for about the first minute of play then it goes smoothly.After about 15 minutes I start getting graphical errors and then I start getting a massive drop in fps, I'd say 1-10 fps.I only get this problem with Far Cry. My brother and I think it might be a heat problem but we're not sure.I notice on the Far Cry box that it reccomends 1024 of ram.Anyone know what's goin' on?

uh shotty, u killed me from far away several times with the saiga.It is unfair, 90% of FA is within 15 feet so it aint balanced...

2.9 ownz but the glitched shottyies are nutz.on river I went 62 and 5 with 2 caps while using saiga,thats not right!!!!!

Word is the shotguns own in 2.9 due to the new bullet prediction code.Apparently you can snipe with the shotguns now, the weapon of choice for cqb is now the shotgun, as it should be.I haven't played 2.9 but that's what I'm hearingPUNISHER

I tried both of these maps on a lan, they own!runner is a nice open map that looks greatps_streetwars is even cooler. There are a ton of buildings to hide in. You can snipe, rush, or do whatever you want. The map looks like mass-carnage to me I think we should think about putting one or both of them into the map cyclePUNISHER
