  1. Well today had been a very long day for me. A computer virus locked out my Norton Internet Security and would not allow me to do a virus scan or remove the virus. I had tried every possible way to get rid of the virus. Then funny thing is that it told me it was a virus but it did not give me the name of it. I figured, what the hell, the computer still runs fine. But not a day later and my computer was moving slower than a slug. Currently now I am Reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows XP on my other computer. Which means I will have to download all the new updates, Service Pack 2, Norton Anti-Virus and of couser Battlefield 2 Special Forces. Lucikly I saved all the patches on a CD. Sorry for the rambling, but there is a very important moral to this story. UPDATE YOUR VIRUS PROTECTION Daily I would reccomend backing up all your data on a regular basis as well. Well thats my horror stroy and as soon as its done installing, I hope to see you all on the battlefield soon.
  2. ^^^ Lol, by the time they release the game the graphics will feel dated. Same graphics, same netcode, same problems.
  3. Even though it has some bugs, I still think BF2 is an awesome game.
  4. Yeah I know. More Bugs.
  5. Nice job klink.
  6. It aslo states that the game will use existing Battlefield 2 Technology and it is slated for a Fall 2006 Release.
  7. This is the press release from IGN. Today, the company revealed -- via a Swedish press release -- that the next iteration of the Battlefield franchise will take place in the future -- 136 years in the future to be exact -- and will be known (perhaps unsurprisingly) as Battlefield 2142. 8. That looks sweet impact. Is that watercooled?
  9. DICE could be using that crappy trailer to cover up what they are really working on.
  10. That looks sweet
  11. What song is that?
  12. The only way I can see Playstaion 3 being an instant hit is if they hammer out a reasonalbe price on the Playstation 3 and make sure that they have enough PS3 units ready on launch day for anyone who wants them. My local Best Buy still has not gotten any new XBOX360's in and the thing launched in November. If they manage to do this, I think their cell chip and the blu-ray technology will revolutionize the industry. Imagine being able to purchase a cell chip for your computer. Wouldn't that be wild?
  13. You just can't beat the armory servers.
