As the title says, you will be able to download the BF2142 Demo this Wednesday October 4th.

Yeah, I think POE2 is one of the best MODS out there for BF2 right now, but they have some serious game balancing issues they need to work on.

I have an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro XT 256M. I have been very happy with the performance of the card, but I plan on going with NVIDIA for my next Graphics card because their technology seems to be a tad bit ahead of ATI. Not to mention, Battlefield games are made to run better on NVIDIA cards.

IGN posted an article about the BF2142 Multiplayer Beta and they mentioned that 2142 will have some sort of in game advertising. "It seems Battlefield 2142 will be incorporating in-game advertising in the form of textures on billboards. According to a representative from developer DICE, this won't translate into any kind of benefit for gamers, such as a price drop. There also won't be any way to turn it off. It seems the absurdity of placing contemporary company ads in a game set 136 years in the future wasn't a factor when the contract was signed. As to who'll be providing the ads, DICE wouldn't say." I for one never had a problem with some small advertisments in other games, however, there is no ad you could place in 2142 that didnt make it seem like they were forcing you to look at the ad. Yeah, I have played with firestorm before. He is a sore loser and I was kicked numerous times from his server for killig him multiple times. If you ask me he got what was coming to him.

I work as a manager at a movie theater.

I tired to run Norton is safe mode as well as try the free virus scanner by symantec. The virus scanner always froze on this one particular file. I uinstalled Norton and installed bit defender and it also froze on this one particular file. Very wierd.
