I am no sure about useing headphones I use 2.1 speaker system and it works great turn down the bass and way you go you can hear becons and players walking/running behide you it is great.

It is funny to hear you guys talking about snow the 2 guys on this forum from canada have no snow here in toronto canada we have not seen much snow all year it is very cold but I will take the cold over the snow anyday
