BOOOO!!! haters and call of duty fans lol! lets all throw fanboy names at each other. but seriously tho, i'm having a blast with it. though i can understand the hate. imean...there are a LOT of good games this year. including Quakewars, theres COD4, crysis, hellgatelondon, orange boxs tf2, gears of war for pc is coming out...prolly plenty of others i havent mentioned. most of us only have cash and time to get 1 or 2 of them. so its: promote the one u want/get, diss the rest. i have never gotten into the call of duty series but like i've said before, i'd keep a look out for it.

odd...about 6-8 of us play it. 3 of us play regularly. no problems so far...in fact. it's been one of the most stable releases i've had in quite a while.

its a single player demo if ur definately gonna get it, preorder and u'll get into the beta. for thoes in the beta, my cabalists name = AngryMan look for me :thumbsup:

its got a steep learning curve. there are objectives to follow, maps to read, classes to learn about. but once u figure it all out, i think its quite a fun experience. especially when u have a close game

yes yes i know call of duty 4 is awesome (try playing on veteran mode!) but a couple new demos are out. 1st theres time shift. after the project was bought over by some other company, i've heard only good things about it. 2nd theres unreal tourney 3 beta. most of the fpsers out there should know what unreal is. if not, unreal is quite legendary in the fps series next to quake (some argue its even better but im a quake fan. thats not gonna stop me from playing though) both are out on fileplanet

lol dude i played FEAR and it was freaky but it was just Alma popping up infront of u! all i had to do was get into a good slowmo fight to get my mind off it. voila! problem solved. in bioshock, every splicer is freaky! u hear voices in the hallways and your always watching around incase one of them appears behind u. lol i'll go look at some youtube

lol! phrogg that tag doesnt count! u gotta have one with the (=A=) on it :klinked: good to see u around chronus! 1985 huh. same year man! whenever im on a good kill streak, gamb or gadfry usually puts an end to it (or if i kill either 1 of them, anibis or gringo pops up). my moves and tricks always seem to work on everyone else but them. im always doing occasional back checks to watch out for knifers when im out all alone, but phrogg always ninja smoke bomb appears behind me and cuts me with his friggin 10 feet sword! on the rare occasion he misses, if the name phrogg shows up, i pull out my knife...but...uknow...10ft sword. what are my chances right? if i had to pick a nemesis, it'd be epwn treble! score wise, he's similar to gamb or gadfry or me. but for some reason, he always gets me and i can't seem to ever get him back! grrrrr! lol! then theres loffja. hes quick with his shots but he hasn't been around lately

its 2in the morning. i usually go to sleep at 4. so i figured...uknow...i'll play a little bioshock to wear me out. that is the freaking worst idea ever! it is now 3am, and i am freaked out!!! i was in the dental block of the medical pavilion. There is this section where u had to jump through a window using a pillar as cover from this gunturret. I did the usual "shock and hack" then went through this doorway which had cold gas blocking it. I went through, my screen got fogged up, and when it cleared, i saw a splicer corpse sitting on the chair. At first i thought, whew, that was freaky, so i went to the dead body and whacked it a good few times with my wrench...uknow...justincase right? anyways i cleared the room and left. later i returned to the same room as i thought i might have missed something. I went through the same doorway and my screen got all fogged up again. Thing is, i was so sure that the room was clear. i was soo calm and secure. When the screen cleared up, i saw doc splicer RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FRIGGIN FACE SCREAMING!!!! i jumped out of my damn chair! good thing i had a pistol on hand. emptied a whole clip into his head! when he finally fell to the ground i was breathing so hard. after that i was walking in this room with alot of water then i saw this shadow of another doc splicer doing something. so i was sneaking up on it then the lights suddenly turned off. freaking pitch dark! first thing i did was look around to find the closest source of light and ran to it. after checking around for a good 10 seconds, i went in to check it out. saw nothing but the music kept on going! i saved the game and stopped because i couldn't take anymore!!! lol!

duno, u culd try google crysis open beta. see if u can get a key...or u culd always give someone ur fileplant/gamespy id and we culd try get u a key.

the infantry sonar attached to the shotgun. they'll remove 1 bullet from the clip to make space for it.

what i dont get is how ppl call it similar to battlefield... we're not fighting for flags. we're trying to get our covert ops guys into ur freaking shield generator so they can hack it and we can blow up your contaminator! (before u turn our population into mindless zombies) u may say " o sure...original...like how i get my recon class to rdx ur control consoles so we can blow up ur titan reactor". fair enuff...but seriously tho...how intense can a battle be on a titan server? walker and tank battles? might be fun for the guys in the armor. onboard titan combat? u gotta admit, frag spamming in the little hallways do start to get a LITTLE lame... that's what i love about the enemy territory series. everyone wants to be at the same place! no sneaking around, no capping flags from behind ppls backs. Always a fight at the right places. Unless ur back at home base sniping at where noone goes to or having bleeding tea parties till the tank comes out then yeah ur pretty useless. but hey! we always have one of those in every team based shooter right?

i enjoyed the quake series. i enjoyed playing wolfenstein enemy territory and its objective based maps. i culdnt care less if its futuristic or swords and slings. u just shoot the other guy with whatever you have! the high speed of quakewars might be a turnoff to some but its fun to me...keeps me sharp

study is overrated. i just haf 2 midterms n im free lol. 1 tmrw and 1 4 days later. lol i wonder if gadfry is gona ban me for a week
