I had the same problems. Updated my drivers, which made my video worse. I tried all kinds of things. In the end I reloaded the game and went back to my old drivers. Everything has been running great since. I see others have posted the same. Might be your best bet, hope it helps. BTW you a 46 guy?

He can spell fine. Its just his mind works faster then his fingers. I have the same problem.
