  1. lol, I'm #19 and I haven't been playing FA lately.
  2. I just remembered this one from a while back, so I thought I would share it.The movie Dawn of the Dead had just come out about a week ago and so a few friends and I decided to drive down to the theater to get some tickets. Well we got some tickets for an afternoon showing (it was cheaper than the evening tickets) and headed in to the movie. It was some what full but we were still able to grab some seats in the middle area. To my right and a row down was this really old, fragile guy and it wouldn't have surprised me if he had a heart attack as a result of this movie. I look around the rest of the theater and see just normal people, though there were some families with smaller children, which struck me as kind of odd. Anyways, the movie starts and everyone seems to enjoy it. Then this one scene comes up where the people have to shoot their friend because he just turned into a zombie. It wasn't just some guy shoots the zombie and he falls over though. It was more like they bust out this huge cannon of a gun and blow his head off. With the special effects of today, it was really rather gruesome. The old guy near me starts to laugh when the zombie gets his head blown off in the most gruesome manner. I look over and was like WTF?!?!, sorry for a lack of better words. He quiets down and then the next scene begins. Here the old chain saw is introduced to a zombie thriller. I was like, damn this is going to be really gruesome and bloody. Sure enough, it was pretty crazy with all the blood and limbs, etc. Yet, once zombies starts going to pieces at this scene, the rest of the people in the theater start to laugh with the old guy like this was some sort of comedy. I mean, heads are coming off and zombies are getting massacred in a far from amusing manner. I was like omg, the theater is filled with psychos. So the movies goes on with some more zombie killing and some more laughter from the crown... Once it ended, we got out of there....I mean, people laughed as zombies were killed in rather grotesque fashions. The people scared me more than the movie did. (Anyone else have a story?)

  4. http://forums.firearmsmod.com/showthread.php?t=77203 I ran through the late beta stages of this map and it looks like a lot of fun. Maybe we could introduce this on the server? Anyone else play this map? Thoughts?

  6. lol, I liked the beginning para.

  8. /starts the downloadI don't mind at all Para. If someone copies something of mine, I usually regard it as a compliment.
  9. I like to use the Anti-Tank skills, especially the RPG. I love shooting down a helicopter while its hovering over a checkpoint. Bouncing Betties and Land mines are also very useful in surrounding a checkpoint. Lately, Saggi and I have been perfecting the art of the RPG drive-by. One will sit passenger and fire the RPG at tanks in the area as we speed along in the jeep. That and ramming a tank with the jeep are really fun. Though the guy that rammed the tank should get the kill.
  10. The screaming was pretty annoying...though the way he moved that staff was rather cool. The only martial art you need to know: Gun-Fu
  11. sarcasm....right? :?
  12. I agree with your post Gator. Its just that if you are without a vehicle, you are out of luck. They are very weak and cannot come close to challenging a vehicle in any instance...unless there is a group of soldiers, and then they still have little chance in over coming a vehicle. They need to make maps for this where there are little to no vehicles and the map is brought down to a lower scale.
  13. Yahoo works for me. They gave me 100mb of storage for free because I have used their free email for a while.

Cool, I wish to give mapping a try.
  15. Some of them have wall hacks, though I am sure they are far outdated and blocked by CD.
  16. Sure they take them a lot, but if I wanted to fly once, I'm positive I would have no problem getting one.
  17. Crosshairs usually show up no matter what, but just in case, create a game and then view the demo. You wont be able to see crosshairs for the sniper rifles though...Btw, you can send your demos to a few FAL admins and have them look over it with their wallhacks. I don't find it such a good idea to look for hacks...
  18. I need one of those lightsabers...
  19. The maps I have played so far rely mostly on vehicles. These wide open maps make the infantry quite useless, even when armed with an anti-tank weapon - which only has a very limited range. The lack of anti-air infantry weaponry make the infantry even more useless, since helicopters can easily find you in any terrain. In my opinion, they need to make more infantry suited maps with less vehicles and helicopters...or just make the infantry better.
  20. Woot, we didn't have to wait in line or get in a slow mirror. Thank you SC! Btw, I played just a bit...by the time everyone was off to sleep, I had just started playing. :/ Sucks to be West Coast rofl. Overall, it was okay.
  21. I'll see what I can do. -_-
