No its not, The stuttering is caused by the in-game loading of the textures whilst playing (say as your running around a corner) it iwll load all the textures it needs then, the fix involves loading all textures into mem ON LEVEL load.

Its not, the hitboxes are fine, The entities (models and objects) are only considered when working out hit physics from one side jimmy, meaning that you cant shoot thru them cause the outside stops the bullet, Now from teh inside, you can see out, and also you can shoot out If all his hitboxes are enclosed within the statue itself, he will be able to shoot out but you will not be able to shoot in, i will pass this on to relavent peoples within TAC and get an answer,

CD will pick up 2 things as modifying the system (other than hacks and scripts)1. Xfire ingame Messaging, to disable this (and not have to turn off Xfire) in the Xfire screen goto Tools>>Options>>Display tab. and Uncheck the 2 boxes under the "chat" heading, in that window.HLtoolz will require a reinstall of FA/FA patches to remove the "modification"
