Yes, it can be done. You have to trick Steam into thinking you're going to play in Offline mode. (By auto-logging in with the account you want to use and then disconnecting the computer from the internet) It's not very complicated, and it can be done. Basically, you have to make it so they can log on in offline mode, before you dissconnect yourself from the net.

See what other brands there are for the 5900XT, like this one http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-127-119&depa=1 Nice choice with the mobo, although I couldn't find which companies RAM they supported. If you can, check and see which companies of RAM is recommended for that mobo.
