How many players does it show as being left 50 or so?Something about the eye roll thing...just doesnt seem like he really cares.... I hate DM!Its Tuesday...could today be the big day?Well Valve took Vevindi to court basically over some type of copyright issues. Vevendi basically said no we didnt...they entered a counter-claim against Valve and some people involved with valve. As far as the summary judgement the best way I can explain that without being a lawyer is one side can request a judgement on the facts based on the clain and couter claim itself without any testimony. The judge if he feels there is enought facts agreed to by both parties he can offer a full ruling but usually only rules in part of the case. The other points of the case will be disputed by proof offered in court. You ask state how the hell you know this? You do not do civil law...you are right! But after you are involved in a federal law suite for being involved in a shooting you learn quickly! Each of the Agents involved in our case has 1 or more lawyers...I have 4 I just stand behind the really hot one saying and yes she looks REAL good...thank god the judge is a guy! Anyway..they have ask for a summary judgement in our case and ask it be dismissed based on immunities give to certain government agents when using deadly force. but thats another story.........I was reading through that brief and it is not in full by far. It looks like they launched a counter-claim against not only Valve, Inc but also Gabe Newell and his wife as idividuals and another guys and his wife. I thought that was VERY interesting. Funny they did not show all the filing. I would like to look that up.Well it is Monday and nothing yet...I bet it will be closer to Friday....I hope it is not Friday because I have to be on the range until like 11PM.........Not sure I will check with Gator as he did ours. I come of up with the ideas I just rely on others to make it happen...lolBut as for the updating yes it will update by itself every time we add a news article. I think you can set how ofter you want it to check for updates but that too is something Gator may have to answer.HH, just keep posting them ....we think the pics are great...dont worry about that.just upload them to the TAC gallery for CS photos. It is much easier.I voted for the DoD:S release, but I had rather see TF2 released!As almost everyone knows by now this we are expecting the SDK for HL2 and a surprise!
