Hi, I was just wondering how many members of this forum are vegetarians, because I am slowly becoming one. I would consider myself Semi-vegetarian right now, because I rarely eat meat. Don't get me wrong, I know that meat tastes good, is the most complete source of protein, and the works. But I am not eating meat for many vaild reasons, mainly for the sake of animals and the way they are often inhumanely treated. I have always been a subdued animal rights activist, although I have eaten meat for the majority of my life. I am making a change, and In my opinon, I am saving lives, and helping people. You see, you would not believe how inhumanely HUMANS are treated in places such as meatpacking facilities, not even to start about the mistreatment of animals. Anyways, I am rambling, but trying to get a point across: Animals deserve better treatment, and I fell that we don't have the right to exploit them in any aspect. I have nothing against meat eaters, used to be one myself, but I hope you at least acknowledge my stance in this matter! Back to the point, lol...where are the vegetarians on this forum! :?: BeccaP.S. Even you meat eaters, let me hear what you think about meat and why you eat it!

Why do you hate Radeon Sam.Gen.? In my opinion the Radeon 9800PRO (128 MB) is a great video card, considering that if you overclock it it can perform better or as good as some of the high end 256mb cards out there! I played Doom 3 without a hitch, the graphics were astounding for me! I guess it is just by one's preference, no? Becca

I just realized that, including the HL2 collector's edition, (85 bucks) My bro and I have spent almost half a grand JUST to play Half Life 2! I'll break it down:Radeon 9800 Pro Video Card: $240512 Mb PC 2100(I think) DDR Ram: $100DVD-rom drive: $42Half Life 2 Collector's Edition: $85Grand Total: $467!!!!!This may not seem like much to some, but this is a large amount of money for me and my brother! Any other big spenders for HL2? BeccaP.S. Of course I believe that our money is very well spentfor HL2, I probably would have sacrificed more if needed! If I disappear for a while after Tuesday, you will know why!
