do you lag still?Don't use the 61.77 drivers. Use the 56.56 drivers that are in the BFV cd. The latest nvidia drivers are faulty.

Add the following to your Battlefield Vietnam/ Mods/ BF Vietnam/ Settings/default.con with the notepadGame.soundbuffersize 400 copy and paste if you want(you can go higher with this if you want to play with it some - some guys have it set as high as 1000, I think I set mine at 400 or 500, I can't remember)add the line after Game.DebugCallbackDisabled 0 and before the line run AliasedCommands.conand to the videodefault.con in the same folder change "allowallrefreshrates" from 0 to 1 hope this helps
