Hi, Sorry, my english is not my first language but 4th... Since 08-03-2009, all my games under steam do not start anymore after "prepare to launch..." I had an account here in steam in english and never had problems with help and solve any "glitchies" of steam... When I see there is a french support of steam, I registered with another account name in this one for more easy which french is my second language in belgium. When I submited my first problem under steam with this "prepare to launch" and no one of all the games do not want to start after this panel, the french team tell me to send the original cd keys, my accounts names and some other stuffs that I understand nothing ! Since 10 years ago I had hl1 cd and buyed a "Silver Pack" under steam seller, the french team blocked my steam/hl account since 2 days and I can not start the steam beam again for to play also at hl2 game from my silver pack ??? It is very strange that a support team ask my cd keys before to help me and blocking my steam account ??? It's insane ! Egidio.

I played this morning (between 1:00 am and 4:00 am here) at aix2 on the I_core server: the game is different than BF2 with guns and I made a score of 60 kills by 5 deaths with the barett sniper... lol Egidio.

DjDon, here we do not have anything to make with the FA:S TEAM! It's 2 different Forums and 2 different "Clans"! Egidio.

Some servers had only FA2.5 and FA3.0 there are rare the FA2.9 else ask to DjDon, he can help you very well... Egidio.

Yes, but if the restore run good, the steam will again update the files and the problem remain back in files... It's steam's .dll updated files problems, not the pc problem... I copied all the good files of the steam folder(s) of my son and overwrited all my .dll and other steam files into my steam folder(s) = nothing changed! I submitted a repport/support, I wait the answer(s)... Egidio.

Ok, but I have no "restore system" because virus and trojans use this stuff for to be alive each time you restart your pc... And "restore sytem" take very much space on your hdd... Each time you shut down, it create a new one restore system... My pc still running 24h/24 and 7d/7 = no time to turn it off for to have only one restore sytem because it's inactive for saving space on my 80 GB. HDD. Pfff, uninstalled Steam and all games folders for nothing! And this morning, after the update and waitted 6 hours for to download again the 5 principal games under Steam, few minutes for to install also FA:S + patch, and do you know? Nothing run yet but only Trackmania??? Craps! And I can run hl2 only by itself in his folder via my file explorer Total Commander else nada! My pc look like a little bit less best than my son pc and all games run good for him (no crash): Egidio.

Bad new: game crashed to desktop and impossible to come back??? Also after restarted the pc? Yesterday, I changed the Avast antivirus by the Avira antivirus and tonight also all the games onto Steam do not run anymore???? Scarrying now and frightened! Egidio.

Get Staff Sergeant + 7 badges + 1 ribbon and + 1 medal in 8 hours of gaming with 785 more scores = 5885 points. Next day, after 6 hours of gaming, I get only 1 badge with nothing other but had 6045 points... <-- Was a bad day, I lost all the maps and negative scores! Egidio.

If you looked at the screenshots with the helicopter in the vertical position where it there the monkey wrench, it is me… All the others were jump away because they had been very afraid which it went to crash... Egidio.

I was in the Saturday from 7:00 pm until 3:30 am here... Got 785 points in score, 7 badges and 1 ribbon... With the 5885 points, I got also a "Staff Sergeant" grade... BTW, I never made a positive kill/death this night... Egidio.
