one of the other leaders wanted a temp solution to get all the maps to everyone, so made a link to the site, therefore leeching your bandwidth could this have contributed to connect errors during fa ? server crashes, etc ? i dunno how much bandwidth this site has, but most of the maps are less than 1 mb, so i dont think it would cause big problems.

:? i dont know much about doing wireless stuff from big distances, but to my knowledge if u keep it on, everyone in that 2 mile radius can use your network but the mac filtering should take care of that

its very important to disable broadcasting to ssid, if u dont wireless noobs can be on ur network without even knowing it.128 bit encryption is important also.i also recommend using the mac address filter to only allow ur sisters computer's mac address to use the access point
