You guys don't seem to understand fundamentals of technolgy increments. Complaining about this is like complaining that you 'can't' use 16 MEG EDO ram sticks with your P4 processors. If you have the last generation processor (XP) - then why is it going to be such a great concern that you can't have a next generation graphics card paired with it? If you did that the XP process would likely bottleneck the capability of the mismatched graphics card anyway - so the point is moot.It's pointless to get a next-gen graphics card if you don't have the next-gen 64-bit processor to go with it. CPU limited benchmarks that you can see at lower resolutions even with processors as fast as a P4 3.2 EE and a Radeon 9800 XT prove this point quite aptly.Incase any of you had no clue what I was saying, I can basically sum it up as: if you think it's a bad thing that the 'XP's don't support next-gen graphics card buses, then you are stupid.

Well I have 80 GB of available bandwidth - and 2GB of HD space. No problems there, and considering I only plan on putting a few maps in the custom rotation and likely won't have near as much traffic as you anyway. Mind telling me where in the FA Forums (believe it or not I've searched them high and low)...

Hi there, I run a server (k1 server..) and was wondering if you guys would be willing to enlighten me as to how to activate the 'fast map download' feature that you guys have.I suspect that it downloads the maps from an alterior site than the server itself and they need to be hosted elsewhere - that's fine. We have a webserver with 2GB of space and plenty of bandwidth.Any help greatly appreciated!

Well, personally I was wondering about this myself. Doc has a skill bonus of about ... 1225? I have a skill bonus of 183. And yet... Doc's K:D is 1.22 and mine is the highest outright (and established, too). No skill bonus for that?!!AGH! And I have plenty of caps (relative to time played) as well.I read the FAQ's. I still think your rankings system hates me

First of all I just wanted to say, very nice website. Makes the clan website that I designed look bad almost (www.clank1.com). Secondly, I was just wondering if I could ask a few questions about your Player Stats page. I've recently actually had some time (incredibly) to go pubbing and I figured there were already 2 K1 guys in the top 5 I'd try to round it off. In my couple of hours online I managed to get the best batting K : D average and I was pretty close (for a while) to having the best KPM average at the same time. And yet I'm 26th place... what gives? The #1 guy only has a 1.23 K : D, so it seems strange that he should have 2441 points - almost a 1000! more than me. So how your ranking systems works is a complete mystery to me. Would it be somehow better if I just trucked away with a 1.23 K : D and played all day long? Is it the capping (Did quite a bit of that too...). I mean, how the heck do the guys get up there? I had some of the best games of my life and I play for 3 hours with a solid 3:1 and a ridiculous KPM of over 2 and it put me in the top 10 for 1 day then I'm back down to 26th. Anyhow I'm just wondering if anyone could describe your mysterious rankings system that obviously doesn't like me. Heck, it even doesn't include me in my own clan! (And it includes everyone else...) I think your ranking system is out to get me

Alright.Sorry if I came across as a tad demanding, but, if you've ever had a proner follow you specifically around for a full 15 minutes with the sole mission of driving you nuts, well ... you'd know how I feel. It wasn't all just in the one level / demo.

This is going to be a long rant, so brace yourselves. I play on your server extremely frequently, and prettymuch have since it's existence a long time ago. I go by Distortion, [Fluffy!]Delta, K1|Delta, ect. Innumerable aliases I'd like to think that I'm a mature player and have always appreciated the maturity of the admins in general on TA. Never before have I left the server in such frustration. Anyhow, I'll provide a couple of screenshots and the demo and let you guys judge for yourself. Or you can just forgo watching the demo, take my word for it and ban the circled steamID's.
