hey, I've seen you around welcome.

I have played quite a bit now and the more I play the more I don't like it. Cancel the FA server for all I care. Lets do some BFV. It seems like a few guys went and took a great mod ( my favorite EVER by the way) and made it to suit them. Tailor made for Famas and M4 ( Famas Clone) and that is it. Sure, AR's have been beefed up but still not Famas level. I can barely even get close to .500 K/D. But that's me,I guess I suck. Maybe I have to get used to the speed. Anyway, I'm playing and all the feeling I get is that someone wanted this game to be a certain way and it is certainly not a way that the general public is going to love playing. Don't get me wrong but most people don't play 30 hours a week to be good at a game. Imminent FA death. :sorry: I'll play til it dies but it isn't as fun to me anymore. Sad to say but I get 0 reg now and what seems to be aton of lag on some maps. I used to love playing Sandblast and was at least 2nd or 3rd in total for the map. I have played it 4 times in 3.0 and couldn't get near top 10 even. Why? I don't think I have lost all the limited skill I had 2 days ago. Hmmmmm, something is off and that is all I know. I might go the way of Wellsy and quit this game too and start BFV more. I have heard many NEW players( the ones that should want to keep playing) say " man this game is impossible". Is that what you wanted from this mod? Sure, you could say learn how to aim or whatever you like but this game certainly didn't get any better with this version IMHO. I'd rather watch The Bachelor on T.V. than play this. lOLOLOLOLOL.!1!!!! And, now, after reading FA forums and seeing thing styped on screen in games it seems like 3.0 was made just to screw certain players and playing styles. Hahahah he can't snipe me anymore unless he is 5,000 feet away and camming, or hahahah he isn't as fast as he used to be now. Pfffffft, give me a break. I never did like the sniping at close range or the guys jumping around like clowns but now.............blahhhhhhhh. Maybe I haven't given it enought time or I am not good enought to make these opinions but I am an avid player and maybe not so avid anymore. Think about THAT.

I am always kind to new players because I remember being new and now with 3.0 for some reason I am new again. This isn't a good version to be new at. LOL.

Well, it's too fast for me now. LOL. Bayo sound is cool and the ricochet sounds are too but a little too much sometime. The shotguns own again lol.

Ha ha ha first thing I did was standing no scope headshot twice in a row with SSG. Then I tried M82 prone and couldn't hit a thing. Maybe it's just me.

At first I couldn't hit anything. As I played though the timing came back and all was normal again. Famas still owns. M82 I couldn't kill very well even with total head shots. Just me I guess. M4 sounds nice and is very accurate. AK 47 nice accuracy. Other than that right now I can't say but I don't think it will attract any new players because it is the same old game. All in all though I feel the game to be "tighter" a better feel. Good goin Goss and guys.

How do you like 3.0 compared to 2.9c? I'll let you know when I have tried it. Slow download 111 KB/sec. :sorry:

U can't safely spawn on Force all the time. Sometime you do spawn where the crates are. Anywhere from the entrance to crate room is spawn and that isn't right. I guess the map maker didn't think about spawn camping but whatever. It's just a game.

Ok it was Force then it's ok to enter spawn at end. Hahahahahah I love FA too. lol.

He has to be improtant, anyone that plays this game is important. On a side note, if someone is in their spawn and the other team enters said spawn then that is breaking a server rule. It is being cool and saying " hey look at me I can enter the spawn and kill the lame spammer". LOL. :peace:

Does anyone else see a face here? I noticed this while leaving the spawn on Sandblast. It was a boring game, lol.

Phew, glad you CS guys got that sorted out.

I went to this page. http://www.tidalworks.net/logo_design/half_life.html it tells you sizes etc. Go download Wally(program to convert .bmp to .wad file) http://www.telefragged.com/wally/ and you are good to go. So, the main thing is to get the dimensions right and the size 96 X 64 is good. Then convert your file to one that HL can read (wad) and it will work. You, open the file in Wally and save as a Wad file then put it in Firearms folder and that's it. It saves as pldecal.wad into the Firearms folder. I also saved it as tempdecal and overwrote both tempdecal adnn pldecal in the FA folder.

Looks like something I read on FA Forums. LOL.
