Do you get this too when you try to retreive password? Ha ha ride it out whatta ya mean how long ? You know what's weird? I did a virus scan too and deleted one spyware thing and then this happened a little later.

Ok today while I was connected to Steam I unplugged my router ( bot the power but the line connection) then I got an error that said my connection has failed. I expected that and said OK to that then when I tried to restart STEAM it asked me to renew my connection. No problem I guess until I typed my password in and it said it could not connect. I do have the correct password ( I wrote it down) but still no connect. I tried to retreive information by using USER NAME which I know also. NOTHING. I tried to retreive with cd key and it says that it has sent an email but I receive nothing. I also had the correct email adress. I know the system is working because I checked armory whos playing now and there were players there and I also checked Steam status and it was fine. So what gives. I sent them a email with my info and hopefully they get back to me sometime this century. Guess I wont be around online for a while for you all to Frag. Any suggestions here? Can something be deleted in my registry or somehting or does it go by IP number and I am screwed? HELP

Well, Klink, for one, Billy Talent is not what I'd consider "punk". It's good rock. Obviously you haven't listened to the whole CD, and only the one song, which is fine, but it really flaws your opinion of them. They are a very talented group, moreso than the "new stuff" you see coming out. It's obvious that with the songs they write a lot of time and effort was spent perfecting them. If you ever see them live, you will see they sound just like they do on their CD, which is also a rarity nowadays. So many bands are all studio, because they don't apply themselves to their music and just want to hit it big, which is a major problem in the music industry. There's all these (what I'd call) terrible "musicians" whose beats are unoriginal, and whose voices are so computerized they could be Stephen Hawking. I could get into this more, but I have to go to bed... [/rant] Point taken and I agree with the latter poiints for sure.

Our Lady Peace was good on their first album ( Naveed, Starseed awesome tooooons) after that I couldn't care.
