the value of the weapons to you depends on what class you play. if you play medic, dont bother with the unlock for that, and the sniper rifle isnt much of a step up from the m24. if you play more supportive roles and most of your points come from teamwork then gun unlocks may make less of a difference to you. try to find a server that has global unlocks 1 or hacked the unlocks (unranked) and try them out, or try it in single player

you shouldnt be able to level up easily, this is like an rpg, and besides you will really only need about 2-3 unlocks since the other classes unlocks are worthless or you dont play them

huge improvement over your last, great job. i may suggest that you put anti aliasing to none for pixel fonts, and use the blur tool around the edge of the render, and maybe try using a feathered lasso tool around his outsides to blend him into the background. one trick to make it look like hes running is to duplicate the layer and motion blur the underside one by about 15-20 and mess with the blending mode and placement of the blured layer
