the question is when will the hard copie come ouT?

what you do (if you didnt see in that link) is go to tools>options>display in xfire and turn off show chat messeges in game, it seems something detects this as a cheat, when xfire and firearms interact so disable that and see if it works, this is a new feature and in future releases they are supposed to fix it

you go to each of your computers, log into steam, download the hl2 files and whatnot since you paid for them, then put the same CD key in for each one, as i assume you did for HL1 also for your friend he just logs in to your account, downlaods it and puts in a diffrent key if he so desires

um... just log in on the other computer, the information is stored on the account not the computer, did you pay for HL 4 times for all of your computers?

you wont get a copy in the mail from steam if you mean, its just through steam on your computer, but what are the advantages of getting the disk anyways?

its just the preload for game files and such, and it is a good idea to get a physical copy or steam will probly screw it up in the long run

the only thing i see IE being better in is playing media within the brower and not having to open it in winamp

A few base maps or vote would be cool if there are mods that support it, where people nominate maps on the server, then when the round is almost over there is a vote in the server, i think its an plugin for some admin mod
