  1. I don't know if this has anything to do with punk buster or not. Just a little bit again around 5:20 pm central time. Our server and/or punk buster just kicked deli and I twice. It also kicked everyone else as well. I don't know if their reason is the same as ours, but it said for us "kicking for corrupted file/memory #81104". We are wondering if perhaps our server just needs to be restarted.
  2. The other day I was kicked to desktop twice in a short amount of time. I was kicked, then joined the server again and then kicked again.
  3. I don't know if I had a favorite or not. I was a big fan of all of them.
  4. From looking at the bf2 tracker page. Mine was 130 points on Sharqi Peninsula. No I wasn't tank whoring or anything. I can't exactly remember what I was doing. My best guess though, I was playing as spec-ops and medic. most of the time. I usually do fairly well with those.

  6. Samething thing happens to me from time to time. I have no idea why it does it. Sometimes he will just keep going straight, or he will continuosly fire, or he will just stand there. Can't look anywhere nor can I move. Very very weird. I thought I was the only one having this problem. Glad to know I am not.

  8. I found this and thought I would share it with you all. Something I really can't believe and find horribly wrong....well in my opinion anyway. Look at the damage of the m24 and the m95. They are both the same weapon. When in truth, correct me if I am wrong, the m24 is an ssg. Which is a .308??? The m95 is, we all know, a .50 cal round. I would think that the m95 would come out on top with dmg, but I guess in EA/DICE's world. There isn't much a difference between a .308 and a .50 cal. round. The reason I got the m95. Is because I like the feeling know I am shooting a BFG, and that no other weapon can compare to what it can do. Now as I look at this, it kind of dissapoints me. Well not kind of but really dissapoints me. RIBBIT:(

This accuracy and damage comes with a price; small ammo load and long cycle time between shots, and the need to re-zoom after every shot. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- PLA Type 88-MEC SVD Magazine Capacity: 10 Magazines: 5 Rate of Fire: - Damage: 45 Fire Modes: Semi Accuracy: High Min Deviation: 5 Deviation Standing/Crouching/Prone: -/-/- Deviation Added per Shot: 2(3.5) Deviation Mod when Zoomed: 0.02 Recoil: 4-5.2 Recoil Mod when Zoomed: 0.25 MEC SVD The SVD and Type 88 are functionally the same (though the zoom sight picture differs). They are very accurate weapons, but not as accurate or damaging as the M24, especially at longer ranges, though long range shots are still quite possible. Rapid-firing an SVD/Type 88 incurs very harsh accuracy and recoil penalties, (making them less accurate than an AK-47 after the second shot!) so it is best to pause a moment between each shot whenever possible. It is possible to get a one-shot-to-the-head kill with either of these rifles, but it will take three shots to the torso to kill a full health player. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ UNLOCK M95 Magazine Capacity: 5 Magazines: 5 Rate of Fire: - Damage: 95 Fire Modes: Bolt-Action Accuracy: High Min Deviation: 5 Deviation Standing/Crouching/Prone: -/-/- Deviation Added per Shot: 2(3.5) Deviation Mod when Zoomed: 0.02 Recoil: 4-5.2 Recoil Mod when Zoomed: 0.25 The M95 is not the most accurate sniper rifle, nor is it the most damaging. It does have the ability to shoot through ****pit glass, and that may be the reason that some damage numbers for the weapon show higher than the M24, but in actual practice it does the same damage to a player as the M24, requiring two hits to the torso to kill (or one head shot) Accuracy-wise, it is functionally the same as the SVD/Type 88, though the bullet drop factor at longer ranges may give the M95 an edge at longer ranges. While bullet drop has been confirmed, no data on how this is applied is available. It does have a drawback at long ranges, the width of the sighting bars in the scope make it more difficult to line up head shots than any of the other sniper rifles.

  14. - If you have received a point for healing, repairing, or resupplying a teammate, you will not receive another point from them for the same action for a set period of time. So if he dies again, you won't get a revive point from him for a set amount of time?!?!?!? NOOOOOOOOOO! No more medic for me. Unless it is like 2 seconds or something. Either way, I believe they could have come up with something better then this. It kind of kills it for the rest of us. - The wrench repair rate on helicopters has been decreased. Like it was that fast in the first place. Lower the damn armor on the chopper and you wouldn't have this problem. You don't need to fly a damn tank for christ sakes! - Set some wheels on jets and helpcopters to stronger armor to prevent them from being destroyed instantly by AT missiles If an AT person hits the wheel on either of those while it is moving. They deserve the kill.

  18. I don't understand EA. On most post I read on forums, there are complaints about how the BH is to strong or to much armor. So they take away the 1 hit kills to the tires. Honestly if a guy can hit the tires on that thing while it is moving with AT, he deserves to blow the damn thing up. Otherwise it is a flying Abrham. Anyway, I think BF2 is fun'n all. I'm guess I am not happy with how EA is going along with this. I hope they have a lot more fixes to it. Otherwise I'm not sure anymore if I am happy with the game over all. I just wanted to here something about more consistency throughout the entire game.
