Well Kami....our government and military do sometimes release mis-information (like all governments do) but we have something in this country that most countries don't have......a free trade based new system. That in most cases IS reliable.....though it may be politically backed and baised at times....it's still pretty reliable when talking specifically facts. Laxton....sorry if I have somehow you felt insulted about my comments. My point was Laxton that you made large, sweeping, emotive judgeements based at insulting the "hippies". My point was, my dear Laxton, I agreed with some of what you said......but you did not give your basis for saying these things. And where do we gt the information that Iraq will harm us if we don't do anything now? There is a thing called Just War.....and I will tel you this war is not Just (according to the rules of Just War). I do believe that it is important to do what we need in that country but that does not mean I am right. The girl in the mp3 is nothing but a little girl follow the "main stream" and conforming to the college and high school "ways" that are prominent. She has not thought it through....she has not looked at both sides.....she has not truely thought about each point each side gives. And my point Laxton was that don't automatically disavow the "hippies" some of them make VERY strong arguements. Thats all Laxton. I was not jumping on your case and I was not saying that you are wrong all I was saying is that when you make an arguement it is better to be logical and have support rather than spit out what you have heard on American news. Well to be honest Jedi....the war has not yet started. And it is still possible for it to be stopped. Unlikely but possible. And even if the war does start tonight at 8 when Saddam's time is up...that isn't the end of it....we still must be vigilant and stand up for whatever it is we believe/know as you put it. That is something we should never forget...we have a right and the only way they shall be acknowledged is if we voice ours.

Well shadow you make good points though I'm skeptical of the source...as always.As far as you are concerned UnwantedHero whjen I was refgferring to oiul I meant that the new government that the US will instill in Iraq is obviously going to be friendly to the US for ousting Saddam.....that makes oil a tiny reason for war. The new government is friendly and so we get better oil prices. What I said before that was the statement given was purely emotive. He was making an assumption. Yes I agree I think that Saddam has chemical weapons....but thats just what I think. Just b/c he's used them before DOES NOT mean he has them now. He could have very well destroyed them. It's unlikely he doesn't have them but we don't know for sure (as civilians). We're not even sure if he'll use the chemical weapons he has (if he does actually have them) against us....it's not likely....many countries are somewhat opposed to us....and using chemical weapons will bring those that oppose the US TO THEIR SIDE.....Saddam isn't stupid....he's just an oppressor.

Now I must interject here. I back a war against Saddam Hussein and his oppressive government. But do not make your reason for war be backed by blank statements....yes the news is great but do some research. If you don't then you are no better than that "hippie" as was so delicately put. Do some research on the reasons we are going to war. I'll be the first to tell you that yes the Oil is one small reason for the war.....but a small one. Hmmm.....where do you get the info from Laxton? Under my impression the UN didn't find any chemical weapons....our government did but people could easily say that the government is just making case for war. Try using since he had accounted weapons before and supposedly doesn't now and has NOT accounted for how they were destroyed then it is safe to believe that he may have them....but that is still not proof just evidence. What are you reffering too? Sept. 11th? Hmmm.....weak arguement there too. We may see that Saddam has a link to Al-Qaeda but that doesn't mean he knew about the attack or even supported that specific target.....doesn't mean he didn't either....simply saying weak arguement here.And do not blanket either that "protestors" do not know what they are doing......some do..... some make VERY valid points.....but we as a nation have to balance the good and the bad. The threat and the non-threat. And our government has determined that he is an imediate threat and it's time to hold him accountable for the horrible things he's done. Like using chemical weapons against the Northern Kurds of Iraq.Now just a small statement about them saying "We can't go it alone". Well we can, may not be a smart idea, but we can. France, strongly opposed to the movement against Iraq MAY have alternative motives, just as WE MAY. The French, after the Gulf War, invested much time and money into Iraq for oil whereas most other countries, Britain, US, and Canada included reduced their contributions. With an American backed government to replace Saddam surely the French will lose much money and resources. Just a thought. Model United Nations and Debate all help in the growth of a well versed philosophy and I simply applied mine to the college. Hehehehehe. Hey everyone. I"M BACK!!!!!! After our college decided to close down all of our ports b/c of stupid Kazaa, [TA]-Kjah and and myself were left without possibility of playing ANY online games let alone Firearms. Well after fighting our board we are now back in play. Hehehehe. Someone tried to say that perhaps I was no longer a memeber b/c of AWOL but I never recieved an email telling me so and every email that came my way that asked if I wanted to stay in the clan I answered with a resounding YES!!!!! Anyway, after a long break Sniper's Bane is back (psst.....thats me) and I played last night and kicked some BOOOOOTTTTTAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!
