I believe Halfe-Life used a juiced up version of the Quake 2 or 3 engine.
  3. You don't have anything on this kid. Its not BF2 related but you get the idea. ***Note, If you understand German, this is not safe for children, If you don't, watch away. Least Patient Kid Ever Video@@AMEPARAM@@http://embed.break.com/ODAxMjU@@AMEPARAM@@ODAxMjU

Well you first need to find your BF2 profile, default is in MyDocuments\battlefield 2\profiles\0001, hopefully you only have one profile created, if not then find the appropriate one then open the video.con file with notepad, there you should see where the resolution is set, its four lines up from the bottom. Set it to 800x600@60Hz this would essentially be a sort of "safe mode" for bf2, save and you should be able to see BF2 again. Hope this helps.

Your welcome Mac, there are also ways to replace the windows icon next to the text in your start button, and to also change the colors of the button. When I figure out how to do these I will post some more instructions...so stay tuned.

actually its not, it takes more time to type the steps than to actually perform them.

Well first you need to download Resource Hacker from this site and scroll down http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/ Then you need to go into your windows directory "C:\WINDOWS\" and make a copy of "explorer.exe" and name it "explorer.bak", then make another copy of "explorer.exe" and name it something like "newstartbutton" just so you can remember what copy you made the changes on. The reason you make two copies is if you botch the changed one you have a clean copy to undo any changes. Now, with the copies made, open your named copy of explorer in ResHacker, expand the string table "folder", then expand folder 37 and click on resource 1033. (38 if your running XP in classic theme) Now where it say "start" in quotes on the first line of code for me its 578, inside the quotes is what the button will say, there is no character limit, however it does take up taskbar space the longer it is. After you have your desired text inside the quotes, click on compile script. Now while your inside windows you can also change the "tool tip" which is the text that appears when you rest your mouse over the button for a time. Expand folder 34 and click on Resource 1033, now where it says "click here to start" or something like that, for me its line 533 and type whatever you want, I have "If you need this text you do not need to be sitting here." After that has been changed click complie script, and exit. Now restart into safe mode with command prompt using your Administrator account. After that boots up start typing this without the quotes of course "cd c:\Windows" "copy c:\windows\newstartbutton.exe c:\windows\explorer.exe" type "yes" to the overwrite question "shutdown -r" now don't let the window that says you have "X" ammount of seconds to save whatever scare you. Let it countdown and restart. And Congratulations your start button has been changed.

Well I think a resonable place to start is what is the size of the image? I do know that gator has restricted sig sizes to i think 400x400 but that doesn't sound right, anyways i would be sure that it meets the size requirements.
  16. Pokemon is teh suk.
  17. Or, just change the subject really fast to something that has nothing to do with the current situation....you know, like what women to do win arguements.
  18. Awwww. I was hoping for some luscious Eskimo lovin' in an igloo.

Yeha no crap, just before the Virus match so they will still be finding a way around it giving us a chance to out shoot them which I know we can do.
  21. That is one of the most awesome things I have ever heard.
  22. I have found through my studies, that there is no correct answer to any question involving a girls appearance, avoid this at all costs. Just refrain from responding entirely.

Well the first thing I would like to point out is that our tag is a little different, although the difference is minor, (=A=), it is still a difference none the less. However I can personally vouch for myself and most of the members of The Armory, we do not teamkill for vehicles either, in fact it is highly frowned upon in this clan. I think the best course of action would be to send a PM to one of our Senior Council members listed in the clan roster link in the top navigation bar, with the name, time, and server, and this matter would be handled internally. However, thank you for the alert and I hope we can acheive a better standing with you and your squad.
