  1. the origin of this stereotype comes from the linear maps of the 2.6-2.65 era, when spam dominated. TA was extremely proficient with mortars, grenades and launchers. their spam level has diminished in later RCs but will always be remembered.

chances he was being sarcastic: 99.998% otherwise, congratulations on your first accusation. perhaps one day, you will get to the point that they no longer are a thrilling novelty, but instead are a tiresome nuisance, and you resort to turning off chat.
  5. (he fried it 3 times but now it works)
  6. lol... hopefully he was making a phonetic joke

  8. not true. dynamic clan players can use any gun, while the other type cannot.
  9. nice attempt, the real breakdown would look like this. i have included their probable percentages of their population in game, ranked numerically. i have also included subcategories for in-depth analysis: - Bullet Blocking Noobs (88%) .............>Prone [24%] ..........................> m82 [65%] ..........................> Any Machine Gun [35%] .............>Consistent m79/gp25/m203 spammer [58%] ..........................>Teamflashers [50%] ........................................>Intentional [0%] .............>Everyone else [18%] ..........................>Useless Players [72%] - Lame and Predictable Famas Wannabe-Rambo (5%) ............>Uses Manual Clays [35%] - Dynamic Skilled Player, usually 1337 clanner, can use any gun (5%) - Maniac with a Handgun or Knife (1%) - AFK (1%)
  10. The video depicting the following events were not staged in any way. They occured on Tuesday, June 21st, 2005. Thanks to tek, lego, and delta (and the armory server) for making this possible. 3:30 53meg wmv download from fragfilms.com created solely by eclipse
  11. you dont understand how stats work. that isnt how many times you died while using a sniper gun, its how many times people used that particular gun to kill you. for example: if i have 20 ssg kills, and 20 ssg deaths, that means I got killed with an enemy who HAD AN SSG 20 times, NOT i died 20 times while i was using ssg.
  12. i CTD frequently
  13. aimbot (100%) I didn't care to examine other possible hacks because I already found proof, and usually when you run an aimbot you already have the works. Most likely also walls and norecoil. full package includes demo, ss, and fraps. STEAM_0-0-779148.zip 18.6mb
  14. para-- I could be wrong, but is that a garage band with someone hanging on the garage-door-opener thingy in your sig?
  15. You seem to be lost, the way it works is you come with the demos and the evidence. I already gave you a freebie demo, would you like my match demos from tonight too? Well here goes a guide you can read so at least this thread isn't a complete waste. An abbreviated guide to cheaters When you think someone is cheating, the best thing is not to say anything. If you do, they usually become defensive and may even disable their cheats. The best way is to start recording a demo and just play in a style that lets you observe their behavior (for example, if your hypothesis was that the player had a wallhack, you would put yourself in a situation where it would make it obvious that they had a wallhack). If you are still suspicious, the best idea is to immediatly go into spec. Although "First Person" spec mode was said to be removed in 3.0, it is not. You can still access it by hitting crouch in spectate mode and then clicking on the drop down bar to choose "First Person" (occasionally this may crash your game, unfortunately). Now you're watching the player-- but what do you look for? First you have to know what types of cheats exist and how a player using them behaves. This is a complicated process that requires alot of experience. Sometimes there is not enough evidence in a given demo and requires more to be conclusive. There are elements of luck, and randomness in every game which you should always account for, as well as specific unnatural behaviors that are easily spotted as a cheat. The bottom line is: If you don't know what to look for, you'll never be able to spot a good player from a cheater. If you are interested in being able to accurately spot cheaters, I suggest searching anticheat sites such as united admins, this is their specialty. I wish you luck in the future, also remember accusing legitimate players only makes you look like a fool.
  16. thx for the sig material by the way, pretty original.
  17. just wondering, are you a new player?
  18. well here, you can have my first person demo of them crying accusations.zip nice try on your 2nd screenshot. too bad it is out of context. anyone can check the server logs and see who I was talking to. and here is a demo of this crybaby blocking spawn exits, which usually falls under the category of "obstructing gameplay". so if anyone gets banned I think its you buddy. Llama.zip gg and have a nice day. -clips #efclan #fa-admin
