Personally I'd update the video card to maybe a 9600 pro or something... but the newest Nvidia cards are catching up to the ATI. Video card for sure, but its your choice as to video card.

HLTV would make this a million times easier :X (and now that i think about it require one less person) so maybe get that installed on the TAC or ask someone who has a server with hltv eg. cow servers or VFL.. i know ppl in vfl so i could maybe get that arranged.-edit-we could also record the voices seperately and i could sync themim presently talking to some people about a server and possibly someone who would be interested in compiling. (maybe ;O)
