No exact date has been given for when world of warcraft will come out, but blizzard now has more screen-shots, info, and even actual game-play movies!

 

from what i can see WOW is just a 3d version of WCIII, which is ok even though wc3 was cartoony, that will live up to blizzards legacy in rts gaming.

 

there first approach onto a 1st person RPG (massively multiplayer) seems to be going pretty well. There are many different lands, towns, and creeps.

 

I havn't had enough time lately to read everything about the game, but i will be getting around to it.

 

the only problem most people see is having to pay a monthly fee, but i agree with what the blizzard staff says, We have to supply a fee because of the tech support needed for the game. We have a team of people working to remove bugs and update the game. (they basically mean they need to be able to aford keeping the game together and up to date)

I think finnaly being able to get a 1st person look on Warcraft like battles will be sweet. I've enjoyed the wc legacy and have high hopes for WOW. There may be a few let downs to the game like: Colors, monthly fee, and (as first) may not be well in depth, but there will suposedly be more of a story to it then Dark Ages of Camelot had. (along with tons of quests)

 

I dont know about you, but i plan to atleast invest some money into this game. i hope it doesn't bomb.

blizzard WANTED to make war3 more cartoony like they did with the first warcraft to make it feel more like an RPG tie into an RTS.

for thoeses of you who know who "crazy jim" is i talked to him a month ago and he said that blizzard has no intentions of making a starcraft seiqual "at least not for a long long long time" - crazy jim instead they are working on 'starcraft GHOST' whitch is an action game playing as a female tarren ghost. kinda like splinter cell or syphen filter.and currently its only for PS2 (and maybe xbox)

Kewl diablo III when is it coming out.Right now iam wating for a massive ultra super massive univers conquest game where you start off with a solar system and you get to build armys on planets and in space. OH yaa that game will be great.

they havn't really even mentioned Diablo III, i just said it because i hope they make another one. I think a Diablo II with Dungeon Siege's graphics would be sweet, just not as linear.in Diablo III i hope they make more classes, but keep the same Skill Tree idea, but allow more points to go into stuff, i think limiting to 1 point per lvl was kinda lame. (make necro skels better, and summon units as a whole better)

the necro is useful, at least in co-op, all the skelies and yer golem helps keeps the monsters/bosses busy while you can kill them, they also help discrating monsters so you can open a TP and get the heck out of dodge if your in a real bad situation. plus most of the necros curses (if lvl'd high enough) and help weaking stuff A LOT i just hope that if they make a diablo 3 then FINILY they'l make gold and gems be the REAL currencey in the game, and not just rare/uniqe items and SOJ's like in the first and second diablos.but i dont think they'll ever make a 3rd diablo, i think instead they will just keep making exp packs for diablo 2, wich would be kinda cool.

the assassin is one of the strongest units in Diablo II, if you know how to make her correctly then you can be invincible. my friend made on that killed diablo in hell with one hit
