Good Battlefield 3 interview

Cool, some good info in that one. Interesting how he says that PC is the lead platform in Battlefield 3 but, "the frostbite 2 engine is build from the ground up to fit on all of this the platforms" - Patrick Bach.

That is a small part of his answer for the first question.

That is a small part of his answer for the first question.

The rest is just mostly background on the franchise and, banter.

I think he means built ground up on each platform individually, because BF3 on PC will be a DX10/11 game, while on the consoles it'll be a DX9 game.

Then it wouldn't really be the lead platform, it would just be a different game for the consoles. Like they did with Battlefield 2.

Well maybe not quite like they did with Battlefield 2 but similar.

I did not appreciate the comment about U.S. "patriotism" in the game, yet they want to play on the American side most of the time. What a crock of bull-hoot. I like how the DICE guy avoided answering the question.

Yeah I noticed that the DICE guy dodged that one pretty well.
