June 29, 200421 yr is the 2.9 only on steam? cause i am unable to login to steam with my cd key because a long time ago i registered an account with name and my cdkey but i no longer have that email. it also seems kinda crazy to send steam you're cd key just to have them reset it for you. btw what mods is everyone playing the most lately? it doesnt seem firearms is to popular from all the other mod postings i read :/
June 29, 200421 yr Alot of us still play Firearms, but some are dedicated Desert Combat (BF1942 Mod), some are Battlefield Vietnam, and some are playing that new one, Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising. Lots of people still play FA, no doubt.

June 30, 200421 yr Use your old login name and pw it should not matter if you still have the same address because you should not have to re register and have them send you an email. I just installed hl/steam last week and it never asks for cdkey when I logged in using my account name. If you get logged in you can change the email in steam settings. Of course you ARE screwed if you can't remember your old login/pw. BTW good to see ya again on the forums hope you get it working

June 30, 200421 yr Not many other options except getting a new copy of HL.I noticed on the steam forums others having the same problem.They really need a better policy to deal with this kind of situation other than mailing it in.
