Dude Russian equipment is crappy. It w sits best during Vietnam. After that the Americans got so much better. As for russias new equipment, its this simple they still cant afford it. Not trying to bash you country but I have friends that left Russia because they hated it. Russias technology is even behind Americas old tech. f-14 is more than 30 years and still the premier jet fighter and yes its better than all that Russian junk. And the new f-22 and jsf-35 are better.

T90 has a less effective and less accurate firing system, armor that would stop anything had it been in WWII. And the Russians just don't have the round technology like we have. V12 piston engine

 

Abrams has angled depleted uranium armor, firing system that can place a round within 10 meters of its target at maximum range. Better munitions types. AGT1500 gas turbine engine

 

 

BTR-90 is first off at this point on an export only contract. Carries smaller caliber weapons ( and Russian equipment Is not good unless there are a lot of them and they are big) , weighs 22 tons, has technology based on the btr-80 and bmp2 ( already junk)

 

LAV can be fitted with the Abrams main battle cannon, grenade launcher, machinegun, radar jamming equipment, tow mounts, all have a self winching system, better crew protection (armor) , better communications, can be fitted for anti air weaponry, can be built into a tent!!! Better engine, suspension, electrical systems, weighs 23,000 lbs (28k max), better camera/visual equipment, and I looked at ever model of the btr90 and couldn't find shovel on the out side!

 

You see where im getting to? Oh and ill back off a lot here but the KA50 will prolly crash before it takes of (figure that one out) Russian equipment always had a good concept and stuff like that but then again had the world be equal communism wouldn't be bad, but its not. 2nd rate cheap equipment isn't going to protect you from anything. F-14 is better then Russian "junk"?? Boy read my source about that US f-15 lost against Russian made jets. T-90 have the best armour of all tanks right now Kontakt-5 can withstand direct hits from the newest shells used by the abrams. Shtora-1: provides protection from all semi atomatic lazer and wire guided missiles (like Maverik, Hellfire, TOW, HOT, Javalin and more.Arena: the arena system is optional and can be fitted on all modern Russian armour including BMP's (IFVs). The arena also provides protection from almost all the anti tank missiles (Abrams doesen't have systems like arena or shtora-1, and belive me he could use them, I know a site that shows blow up abrams tanks in iraq, that where destroid by an RPG-7!). Cost: T-90S costs 2-3 million US (that's how much other Russian and NATO tanks cost). compare to the abrmas that costs more than 5 million US.T-90 can destroy the abrams from a range of 4-5 km by using it's guided missile to penetrate through the abrams's turret roof.

 

KA-50 would destroy any US chopper and it doesent matter that Apache is 10 years older because its the newest US chopper.

 

And F-22 and JSF aint out yet.

I wasn't comparing it to American equipment. American equipment is better, we all know that. Like I said before, I WAS NEVER COMPARING TO AMERICAN EQUIPMENT!!!!
