As i understand it, this was played last night sometime. I have no problem, but in the future, could u let people know when ur going to add their map? Is it in the rotation or was it a one-time-only deal ?also, since i'm getting only minimal feedback, could i a copy of the logs from that session?oh, and thanks for playing it. i'm gonna have to watch the server so i can play :Panyone got any feedback?

Not as yet, i will speak to teh big man, i imagine its a one time thing, but now may become comonplace as the server has fast-DL again..

Ws for the logs, thats a little more difficult, please address an email to info@thearmory.cc youll get thru to all the people who have any authority in the clan and they should be able to help you further.

Wasn't to bad I'd play it again. But really haven't made up my mind about it, Gator our fearless leader, put it on last night and told everyone if they wanted to put in there input that they should go to the FA forums and post them there. I do not know if its in the lineup or not , I only played it the once so really can not post any good feed back for you. But I do know some of those who did play it said they liked it and there were a few who had an opinion to the contrary but I'll let them post there own opinions. Hope this helps!

i think i should take the blame here, sry richei I downloaded the map and tried it out on a server with my friend. It was good map and i thought it would be better with more than 2 players, si i PM'd Gator and told him he should check out this map as i thought it would have been a good addition to his server.Sorry

:Pthe map was great when it was just me and my friend, thats why i thought it would be better with more people, but ive not had a chance to play with alot more people yet so im not sure how it is when its full.

We tried it and pretty well, except for the end. One of the events keyed off and sent the server into a loop and players kept dying, respawning, dying, and respawning, over and over. You may want to look at the map code again. I will see if I can find the log file for that map. Nice job on the map though

I bet that was the 0 reins kill system. I'd like to see what've u got though, just to be sure that's what it is. that's something that never got fully tested. i'll decompress the map tonight and take a look at it.thanks mentioning that though.

Well richei, let me know when you would like us to try it again. Be sure to name your file something other than the last name, like "sd_nortex_x"

these are just the major changes. other more suttle changes have been made also.

 

some of the change log:

 

Unused brushes have been modified or deleted

 

done some texture tweaking

 

lightened the overall ambience color a lot

 

some of the objectives have been moved around

 

hopefully the 0 reins system has been fixed - needs testing

 

more bandages have been added randomly

 

moved a route inside the blue wherehouse.

 

thats all i can think of now.

 

should have a playabe version sometime tomorrow.

Cool...you can use the forum "Add Attachment" feature if you wish to load the pics in the forums. You can also upload the to our Gallery as well.

I prefer the inline method. once the map is complete, i'll upload some images to the gallery for u to drool over

i hope you get it up soon. i like to play new maps and i hope this one ends up to be liked by the players. cant really comment until i play but so far it looks like it will be a rather fun map to play

man i am gonna have to DL FA to play this, looks almost as good as some of those CSS maps we have!!!
