Well, I wish my bf2 would work for me. I played it for a few days before it died on me. I get errors now when I put disk 1 into my cd drive. lol. bf2 is fun, but I have to stick with css and the occasional FA games when certain ppl are playing and when certain ppl arent.

 

FA has been the ONLY game I have played online consistantley for the last, wow, 3 years??? I love the fast pace and game play, just not the overall attitudes of a certain amount of ppl hanging on to the mod.

 

IMO, we needed more ppl like reaper around this mod. He was always great at this game, but alway helped new ppl out with out having a condesending *sp* attitude.

I have and I say it's slow and boring because it's a strategy/thinking type game like the red alert games which I found boring after playing it for awhile. I play the non strategy/thinking games because I have enough thinking to do at work and for others at school. Well that's just me. Maybe that's why I love driving games so much no thinking required.

hardlythe commander more is more like 'suggesting' things to do to the people who bother to get into squads.

 

Basically, all I see now is the commander running around with the rest of the people, trying to win (but never does) so he can get x2 XP

you can run over anything if your going fast enough. you should know this, you drive a bus.

we should keep the server up for another year at most. If it starts to show abandonment, just shut it down.

I like Col Hogans Idea. Wait till the holidays, and see who is all BF2 ready and how many people still play FA. However lately I've been playing FA afternoons or at night and you have to choose between Robs or TAC depending on where people are at. I just wish I was around during 2.5 or whenever it was popular cause I'm still learning and loving this game. Once again my vote doesn't change, I like TAC and whatever happens, happens. I WILL upgrade

I have to agree with Klink, i still genuinely enjoy playing FA, i've played many games but it is this one that i always come back to. Please don't shut it down, there is very few places i can log onto without having a 300+ ping

I played FA last night at 9:00 pm and there were only about 11 non-bot people playing in all of FA. I guess it's deader than I thought . But yeah, it definitely seems like it's aboot time to leave FA behind. At least as long as we can adopt other mods later on

But we have over 32 %, which want to play FA. Its 00.45 here in Switzerland and around 18.45 in New York, but no one plays on our Server. Very sadly. At Robs Server i count 17, overall i count 43 players on all FA Servers worldwide. Not very much players at the moment.

 

I remember the times, that i have to wait for a hour to join a game, because there were so many players on our server at this time. We all have had much fun and everybody has known each other. Its sad that these FA times seems to be over, but life goes on.

I play on whatever ranked server that has a good enough ping so I can play without getting major lag. It's not my fault wherever I spawn I get killed. Plus it gets frustrating after waiting forever to get in just to be killed everytime you spawn then quit to another server wait again forever for the map to load to get in just to killed all over again So it wouldn't matter what server I play on it's the samething and I'm sure if and when I get to play with all of you guys I would get the same results.
