OKAY..... Here's another reason to turn off claymore FF. I layed a clay between myself and an couple enemies I was trying very hard to kill. I would've but they were both medics. So I can't go past MY mine because of FF and guess what, one of the medics gets bold and COMES THROUGH MY MINE and KILLS ME. . Its hasn't got good yet. So I died and then I was making my way back to the spot to recap a flag and my own DAMN mine kills me through a corigated fence. .

 

I would've killed em if it were off!

EA is really starting to tick me off with their crummy claymores, and when you fall on a ledge you can't shoot but by the time you can you're dead.

I don't mean to laugh but it's kind of funny plus I had a bad day of work and need the laughs.

 

Sorry you're having trouble with your clays maybe klink can give you some pointers

I think it should be left on because gater has a good point. But I do get tired of ppl running into it so they can punish you and drop you out of first so they get first.... I did not enjoy that...

ff is still on for every thing steve-o,it's only the clays/mines that it can be turned off for.

Now, after 2nite I can't believe the stupidity of some people. I am on top of a mountain on Oman and there is only one way up, I have a clay behind me and some guy on my team comes up that way and gets killed. He punishes me. I kick him. LOL. There is no way he didn't see the clay even with the big X's turned off. Lame people ruin this game more than even EA could.

I like it on because of the exploit of surronding a flag with them, but i also like it off for obvious reasons lol, but i would perfer it off. From what i understand the new patch is going to make it so you can only set 2 per sniper, that might make it a little better anyways.

Well thats better than them shooting you while they are jumping. At least you can still kill them while they are jumping if your good enough.

The FF needs to be left on, sniper claymores are not suposed to be used as base defense or have any type of offensive ability, they are specifically for keeping people from sneaking up on the sniper (e.g. Top of ladders, around corners, in door ways etc..)

 

The AT mines.. the fact that FF exists is the reason I don't play engineer otherwise I would play that class all day long and put mines down. If you take FF off, you probably won't even be able to drive a vehicle and die to anything but mines.
