Today I kept getting Punkbuster as an error after 5 seconds of gaming.

 

If anyone else gets this just update manually from here and it MIGHT help. I know we have probably all had this but here it is anyway.

 

BUT, it still kicks me out after 10 seconds on any server. What the hell is wrong now EA noobs?

last night I had the same problem Gator suggested after it kicks you to exit completely out of the game and try again. it let me in but i was a provate again but it didnt crash any afterwards... Hope this helps!

Removed whole contents of PB folder in 2142 FOlder. This worked after updating again and it replaced the contents.

 

Oh ya, then I proceeded to PAWN NOOBS.

 

Recently, I've been seeing a lot of Punkbuster kicks for "Losing Key Packets" error. Perhaps that's why you got kicked?

It is happening again. No description just says Punkbuster in the little rectangle.

First EA Link stops me from playing

Now Punkbuster stops me.

Neither one of these are necessary for me to play a game dammit.

I give up for a while.

Worked for 30 minutes and now I am getting this on the screen when I choose weapons.

I'd keep checking if you want to play, but it sounds like Punkbuster has banned your GUID from all servers. You may need to contact EA and/or evenbalance to straighten out the problem. Sorry to hear of your problems and hope this helps!

Well, I will say screw them, there is no way in hell I will buy another game or even have to correspond with them and wait to get playing for THEIR stupidity. Enough is enough. Punkbuster I might try with a support ticket.

I would send an Email to [PBSTAFF]Stuart (via his profile), and ask him what you should do. Tell him you are from the Armory, and that you are having issues with PB. I'm sure he would help you out, as he is a good person.
