It does look good but is it wrong that I was most impressed with the Iron Sights on the AR's? 'Cause those looked friken sweet.

This game is a sequel to Far Cry, right? Far Cry was an amazing game...

Regardless, it definitely looks amazing. Frankly, I'm a little worried if my NEW system can handle those kind of graphics o_O.

It's not a sequel to Far Cry, at least I think so. It is however made by the same developers using a new engine called the "CRYENGINE". I've been waiting for Crysis for a while now. It's gonna be out later this year along with a whole slew of other great games.
...This game looks sooooo good :p

:) -This game looks soooo pretty. Good is a whole other thing. Good can not be determined by a video. (Vista for example is pretty, and after buying/using it people have told me not to get it...at least yet. Some of them where overtly touting its 'awesomeness' for a good while before issuing said warning;))

;) -After some others try it out, I am sure it will be on my purchase list. ;)

I wonder if its has the ranking system in place, i see the big EA has there finger in it. ;)

I gotta say, I'm impressed, but at the same time disappointed.

Visually, and by the looks of the way it plays, this game has the potential to be one of the best -- in fact, maybe THE best -- tactical/realistic shooters out there. Environmental destruction, ironsights, lean, HDR, the list of things that are great about this game continues. But it just looks SOOOO arcade...

I hope Crysis allows for modding like HL2 does, and I hope the 'realism' community hops onto this one's back, because it has some tremendous potential.

haha the iron sight is so badass, everything but whats in the center is a little blurry.

Your system will be able to handle it man, if you go to the crysis forums ( I would post the link but i cant find it any more) I saw a whole thread dedicated to, "can my rig run this game", and a few with the 7600 gs were asking about performance, and the developer said that the game can run about mid level settings, the cri people are pretty good about scaling their games so a wide range of computers will be able to run it.

Yea it does have a little bit of that arcade look, i think a little matting of the graphics wouldnth hurt, either way this game is going to be ridiculously fun!
will i need to get one of those new fancy dx10 cards? or will it run ok with a 7950gt 512meg.
