You have only partial right here. Kill infection ? Sure, why not. But by what means? What you propose is to open the wound and widen it. You may kill one center of infection, but the wound will get dirty again.

dont apologize, it was a lie, for wich i was forced to do it by a one Mr. Tom Petery who was, at the time, holding a sharpened spoon that he stole from a "snooty, uptight yuppie" resturant (as he put it) to my neck. i have no idea for the reasons of why Mr. Petery forced me to say that i was czech, as he often mixes nightquil and dayquil. but i must go now, Mr. Petery has just spotted me typing on the computer and as i type this he is running to me screaming that he is an "eskimo seal clubber" and that he has just spotted his next "seal to club".
