I'm terribly sorry to hear this, Cleatus. I hope that the boy is alright. It sounds to me like you did all you could, and no one can ask any more from you. God bless to all involved.. Biscuit
  2. <sigh> This was freaking awesome, not funny. I'm totally jealous. The song part was bloody amazing, I was bobbin' my head and tappin' my feet. I think I just added this to my favorites!!! Oh, and the last part gave me chills... Welcome to my new signature: Now is time for cake!
  3. www.urbanfreeflow.com This is a trend called freerunning, been around for quite a while now. I've done reports in school about it about a year or more ago. Anyway...check it out.
  4. <again, raises the LOL flag> Today has been hilarious and that's great...I feel horrible.
  5. Only one thing to say to that last sentence... LOL
  6. Ooohhh, owned by Musashi! xD I do agree, though, Myamoto, absolute zero is statiscally valid, but otherwise is not.
  7. Not to flame the Bible or anything here, but there are things ALL OVER that are JUST like what you're describing. What happens is a bunch of fellows get together and decide "omg, we have to find a way to make this be in the bible!" (JPenn gave some good examples of how one could do this.) I've seen books a good 15 inches thick that claim that each and every event in human history was prewritten in the Bible. Doubtful... There are sites out that claim Barney the Dinosaur is the antichrist and have direct references to the bible that can agree with that. I think it has something to do with taking the roman numerals in his name or something...I'll edit if I find the site. In closing, I don't believe anything like this at all...coincidence is what it is.

  9. The temperatures reached by this experiment, albeit a mistake to come upon these extremely high temps, are, if my math is correct, some hundred times more than a thermonuclear explosion. The article is quoted as saying... "Thermonuclear explosions are estimated to reach only tens to hundreds of millions of degrees Kelvin; other nuclear fusion experiments have achieved temperatures of about 500 million degrees Kelvin, said a spokesperson at the lab." That means that, basically, this is, at the very least (when experiments pushed their tests to reach higher temperatures), x4 the temperature of a thermonuclear explosion. The temps reached here, according to this article, are hotter than the very core of our sun......and that's hot! For you science addicts out there, you may recall that there is no such thing as a maximum heat...only a maximum (or minimum, I suppose I should say) freezing point, the so-called "absolute zero" at which nothing exists any longer. I don't think we've heard the last of this acheivement.....

HAHAHA! Did you hear the sound of the paw hitting the hammer? That cat must have been NAILING (no pun intended) that hammer! I have to agree with TH here, though, that was one super-cute cat. Second vid: Unbelievable...
  11. Ouch...T-T <3
  12. That gun is amazing...enough said.
  13. ...Was that a mullet I spotted on that kid?

This is amazing! The possibilities truly are endless. It looks very cool, good topic.
  15. The game is very hard on computers and honestly not worth it. I own the game and can tell you with confidence that you do not wanna start playing it. Perhaps you may enjoy it, but I hated it and BF2 satisfies all the areas that PS lacked. To pay 15 a month for a game like this is ludicrous, spend it on WoW or something. Just my two cents.
  16. I lead a good guild on Emerald Dream. Also, to the PVP comments, if you rolled alliance, don't expect any teamwork. Horde is far better in this area.
  17. Hmm... Lemme just say that I've spent (not consecutively) 13 days playing the game. I think you can do the math as to how much time I've spent playing the game and accomplishing--essentially--nothing. (that's 312+ hours for those who can't use calculators. =P) Umm...I really wouldn't recommend playing it because, as Steve0 said, you get hooked...it's like a drug. You play, and there's just something about it. Subliminal messaging? Perhaps... Countless hours of repetitive killing, resurrecting, killing, running, running, running, running.......(6 hours later) running...running...killing, killing, running, ressurrecting. Oh, and let's not even MENTION Barrens and Elwynn Forest chat. I hope you like hearing about how in-human Chuck Norris and Vin Diesel are. That's all I wanna say about that. Still need more?
  18. Every single one of these is cheesy. I think it's that cheesiness that gets your point across. Everything you say is absolutely true. Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing more.
  19. Wow, Steve, you're only 29? I'm a 44 (almost 45) Mage. Kane, basically this is one of those games that takes advantage of free time and the neverending competition of "I'm better than you are." ___________________________________________________ As I've said before, if you want to play with me, join Emerald Dream. Please note that this server is roleplaying and PvP. You are expected to abide by BOTH rulesets. Send a tell to Ismir sometime if you get on. Biscuit
  20. I'm not a fan of country, so I can't exactly help ya here. IDM FTW
  21. Sorry to double post, here, but I agree that ground-pounding is going to become EXTREMELY favored now. Eryx/SRAW seem to be more powerful which is extremely attractive. Those people that like to stay in a tank or APC forever can no longer do this successfully for very long. Blackhawk got NERFED! No more of that nasty BH use in Mashtuur City anymore. You can hop in AA and OWN it with 2 hits + small arms fire. Anyway, I think the game now has a much more tactical feel because ground-pounding is the new choice method of movement. Which is awesome, by the way. Can't get enough of it! I R teh 1337 M16 sniper! (Just ask Steve0) Biscuit....again~
  22. This patch, to me, has many pros that outweigh cons. Hearing those guys come in and complain that the patch is horrible because they cannot prone spame, bunny hop, and countless other lamer exploits is enough for me. _____________________________ However, ladies and gentlemen, I have found a way to get around the downtime from prone-->standing. To do this, simply prone, press crouch, then let go of crouch quickly. If you do this, you're standing efficiently in roughly the same time it takes for the downtime AND you're able to shoot. I agree that, perhaps, the SAM missles are a little godlike but this is how they are in real life....sort of. You're going to be taking heat at almost all times and a majority of those missles flying at you WILL hit. If they don't, sigh, and wait for the next one to lock onto you. C4 DID get a little too nerfed, but I like that you can no longer throw it the distance of an effective pistol shot. ______________________________ To me, the game looks nicer. Some minor things (again, at least to me) have been fixed. I scope with a gun like the SCAR-L and I no longer get nasty shadow effects on the inside of the scope but rather get a fancy little lighting effect. It's pretty nice to look at. ______________________________ Is it just me or does arty strike faster now? ______________________________ PKM is too buffed...the gun should have been left as-is. I have been hit COUNTLESS times by the PKM from a range that is both impossble and poopy. I don't even hear the shot occasionally! ______________________________ One of the more humorous thigns to pop up from this patch is the hilarious stamina glitch. If you sprint until your stamina is in the red, then jump, you hear a faint "huhuhuhuhuhuhuhuh" sound. (Thanks to Underspy pointing this out.) Just my two cents, I'm at school or else I would post more. First Sergeant Biscuit~
  23. LIMECAT! I was wondering when he would start to catch on... This is actually a picture from a long line of strange pictures. I would post the others if the rest weren't disgusting.
  24. The answer, technically, is no. But, with more C4, you are packing more of a punch, so in essence, yes you are getting a larger kill radius.
