For me it depends on what role my squad is playing. If we are defending a flag, I prefer Recon. If I'm in a squad thats full bore going after flags, then I like Assault, but have found some success with Support in a squad of Assault guys. The support weapon has some decent range and I can be right there to load my guys back up with Nades when we are assaulting a flag. 1 Support and 4 Assault with and Engineer or Recon in the last position can be one tough squad. When the 4 Assault lay down Med Kits together, you get healed very quickly. I think thats how the "P" guys are able to heal and move so good together. they have that multiple healing thing down.

Oh, I remember.. No biggie. We have all TK'd at somepoint.. Yours was funny cause it happened in parts. You shot a few times, I turned and look at ya, like what are you doing, then you finish me off. I laughed at it...

I think it was uninstalling Sonic myDVD and all its other files. I downloaded the Patch first and tried it and till would get the insert disk error. Then I removed any DVD program from the PC and tried it again and this time it worked. I have done many other things along the way like flashing the drive and uninstallling the drive. Look like it might have been a conflict with Sonic the whole time. Just glad its working!!!!!!

Finally got it to work. Look forward to gettin dirty with ya guys again!!!!!!!!

Yeah, the problem is on several boards, not the only one having it. EA just has not fixed it yet. I could probably get it to work by buying a new DVD drive but I have 2 right now and neither will work. I wasen't that impressed with the game anyways to spend 80 bucks on it when you add in the new drive. I'll take it back and keep playing BF2. I won't buy anything from EA again.

I'll be there, it will be nice to be able to play on a good server again, even if its for a night or 2, since most the rest moved to 2142.

If you do get it, good luck getting it to run. Mine still will not run. I've all but given up hope for EA.

Still haven't fixed it. I don't think I've ever read more forums in a single day then I have today and still nothing. Mamma says EA is the Devil!!!

I've installed twice. I have two DVD drives, and have tried disabling one at a time. It sees the disk and I can install from it. Goto start game and says Please insert disk. I can go into the drive and explore the disk, but for some reason it won't load up. Read a few threads on EA's forums about same issue. EA has yet to respond to anyone with a solution for it that I have found. This EA crap is just getting old!!!!!!!!

I agree with Smash, that camping an uncap when they don't have any flags is different then just sitting there at an uncap picking up cheap kills cause your not good enough to take or defend a flag. I don't think we need to have a ruling on it because for everytime you have done it, its probably happened to you. Whatever points gained or stats lost even themselves out eventually.

Yeah, He's pretty good at surviving in the woods and living off the land. Of course, no one locks their doors back there cause everyone knows everyone. It could be alot worse if he turns on the public.

This is the guy that broke into my familes farm when he was in Harpursville a month or two ago. He shot a trooper and stole his car. Ended up abandoning it 1 mile from my mothers house. Then a huge manhunt was centered around the town. My parents went over to the farm one day and noticed windows broke and food had been stolen. They called the FBI and Troopers. Turns out it was Phillips who had broken in. He had left the area and last I heard was further down state. Now he has shot 2 more troopers. They need to find this guy quick.

Yeah, I'd give $40 for them to get over it.. Ohh wait I did for all the LAME expansions to BF2
