that's a way to ruin ARMA too

You can play the game in a "military realism" way and enjoy it at the same time. If your goal is just killing.. Stay on BF or COD, you will have more fun and will kill more. You can do infiltration mission in ARMA3 without being detected or even shooting a single bullet and also having fun. How many times we had the team coordination mission ? I think i can count with my fingers on one hand. Most of time we were everyone on the other side of the town trying to find hostages, commander etc etc. And the way the mission was done it was correct we didn't have a lot of choice. That's what we tried to fix with ACS, have a better mission, but since... ACS has health issue and was busy with family, and i found a job, so we let arma on the side. But i can make effort to do some one evening mission if ppl are interested. Well... There is a difference between destroying every single building in the town and doing a flyby at the beginning of each AO to clean the town by destroying armor vehicle. You know we had issue with managing the number of armor. I am not saying i never did that, just saying it's not my way to play ARMA. Most of time i was doing it, it was to fit the mood on the server, everyone doing shit, so ok... let's go, "have fun" few minutes with planes/helicopter. Or because the mission was glitched so yeah let's blow everything and let's see if the mission will be successful. Anyway, that said, if you guyz want "BF/COD/KOTH/ZOMBIES" style mission, and having in mind just blowing anything that moves, you won't see me.. If you would like something more teamplay, coordinated, serious (and fun :wink: ), I am in :happy:

I would be down, but only if it's something serious. ARMA is a game for serious people who want to play mission seriously, by the book, respecting rules, other players etc etc. I used to play ARMA2 for years in a community of french veteran, military etc etc, so a really serious thing. Sometimes too serious... But the missions was really awesome, there was a leader, some medics, a recon team, a designated pilot, etc etc, everything was calculated. I stopped playing ARMA3 2-3 months ago because i was tired of ppl doing fucking stupid things in the game.. Like take an A-10 and blow the entire town.... "oops, there was an hostage under my 250kg bomb"... Like taking useful helicopter and flying by the AO and being killed by the ennemy AA.... Anyway.. I don't want to see that again.. So, go back on ARMA, 1000x yes, but with that kind of behavior, 1000x no. So, to resume, KOTH is exactly the kind of mission I avoid. For me, ARMA = military infantry simulator with vehicules to help you if you need. That's what i had to say :biggrin:

BF1 seems promising. A lot of glitch in the beta tho. Awesome graphics and sound effects. Gameplay similar to BF4. I am waiting for the confirmation of an hardcore mode. if not.... I won't buy it.... If yes, for sure I will
