  1. Lets play it by ear, however the server will be set for 32-players. If more show up, we will set it higher to accommodate. It would be nice if you our someone else from the =VSF= group can stop in our Vent channel for further coordination.
  2. Teams - (=A=) vs. =VSF= Date - 6 January 2007 (Saturday) Time - 9:00 PM EST (2100 hrs for you military folks) Type - Best 3 out of 5 rounds Server IP: Port - 74.52.149.146:17570 Password - Will be PMed to AAM and jlspence (Clan Member section for Armory members) City Map - Cerbere Landing - (2 Rounds) - Titan Map - Sidi Power Plant (2 rounds) Tie breaker - Belgrade - (1 round) Battle Recorder - Will be "ON" Match Rules - No pod or wall exploiting - Teams will be equal (player count), so first come, first serve (you snooze, you lose) - Everything else goes
  3. Well, I've tried Vonage, and I tried ATT CallVantage, and I couldn't be more happy than with ATT CallVantage. Vonage voice messages were low quality, and they took forever to get my phone adapter sent to me. ATT has great customer service, and I have enjoyed clear and uninterrupted service with absolutely no detectable latency. You can test your VOIP phone out by going here. As I said, I use ATT CallVantage and usually get a 4.4 reading from this site, which is very good. Also, ATT and SBC completed a merger, so I don't believe SBC purchased ATT My recommendation is to try them both, and see which one you like. Just my two cents.
  4. LOL ...you sure can

To prevent APMs from blowing up, make a habit of crouching before going around corners. Crouching and going prone stops the AMPs from detonating.
  10. Bones is correct. Go into your system bios and disable the on-board sound. Aslo, make sure you have the latest drivers and patches form Creative.

  16. I just started using this for my phone service and I love it. http://www.usa.att.com/callvantage/index.jsp? $24.95 a month for unlimited local and long distance with all the features included. Your cable company should have a cheaper internet connection that should be good.

  24. Hey RedFrost, As the guys have said, our server is set to kick "idle" players after 5 minutes. We figured that was plenty of time to get something from the fridge, and what have ya. I noticed this as well, and when I see it, I try to manually kick them. Many players do this to get "time in kit" so they get certain awards. I know it is lame, but these guys will always be around. We tried randomizing the players before, and it ended up taking well balanced teams and making them unbalanced, so we stopped using it. Also, players need certain medals/ribbons by playing a certain amount of time on each side. If you see any "idle" players, please let us know and we will give them the boot. I think the reason they are not getting kicked at 5 minutes is because they are getting killed within the 5 minute period, and the server interprets that as an "active" player.
  25. Its very nice, but I think you should get out more.
