Thats strange...you got your AV updated and scanned?Other than that I would only think it would be something bad wrong with Windows.Have you tried the system restore?

not sure ...I heard someone else talking about the same problem and that is how they fixed it.I know that if you are in ventrilo it is hard to get the HL ingame voice to work. Maybe try wave on ventrilo if you have them both on at the same time.

From looking at the movie for BF2 that may be what they do Mac. If you haven checked it out on fileplanet yet...go download it and look when the movie first starts.

see if there is a way to change between directsound and wave. That should fix it.

Welcome to the forums and sever!I know what you mean as a cop we have several people that may have to run out the door so dont worry about that. I have had to a few times myself.I was never into the clan thing much when I found my way here. I wasnt into the match thing but when I started playing here I realized this is a clan of every day people. We just play to have a good time basically.Also you are welcome to join us on ventrilo (you can get from ventrilo.com) sometime...it makes for one hell of a good time!There is nothing like talking a little trash to the guy you just killed via voice chat!Also if you have kids like I do the server is kept pretty clean of punks using a lot of bad language and TKers....I dont worry about turning my kids loose on our server without surfing over their shoulder.I am not sure but I think Mac is into the firefighting/Rescue thing. There maybe more that I dont know of. We have a lot of other emergency people here. In the Clan we have 3 full time cops, atleast 1 retired MP, and about 3 others police we that play here but are not in the clan. Well if I am not wrong I thought when you were networked the computers sent signals periodically to keep the connection active basically. If you dont want them talking at all just change the workgroup name on them. You will still be able to use the internet just not network stuff. If you need any help other than the below suggestions about making sure you do not have any holes in your network let me know and I will talk to you via Ventrilo about it. I would however scan both computers with the latest virus definition from a good AV. Just to make sure the traffic is not virus related. If you do not have a anti-virus on both computers you can download a free one that is VERY good from http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php Just register it and they send you a free key via email. Then allow it to autoupdate its virus def. Then scan.

Make sure you have the latest drivers for you video card. Also post your system specs to see what you can run at.I have a p4 1.81024MB or Rambus GF4 Ti 4600 I can only run at med to low settings @ 1024x768 There are some other tricks you can do like the sound buffer. You should be able to find them in the forum.

No No Das I was talking about OUR roster here on our site.I dont get into the match thing...That is what I was talking about I dont know how or why he was listed on the FAL Roster.

I am not sure why he was listed under us for FAL. I am not aware of him ever being in our clan. I have checked all the votes for new members and dont see his name there, in our join request, other roster.Sticky until everyone can see this!
