  1. I bet it is in your system restore. Just turn of system restore then restart your computer. When you restart turn system restore back on. I saw this on a computer I fixed not long ago.The AV cleaned it but parts were present in the system restore. The only time it would alert was when he restarted. Also go to disk clean up and then click more options....you should then click the clean up of restore points. Be warned you will loose restore points but this is most likely where the virus is located.
  2. That does nothing to get rid of the virus. I have tested that theory before. Most people who make a know enough about programing to write a virus easily prevent that.
  3. Boot into safe mode then run this http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FxSasser.exe I know you said your AVG expired but there is a free version that does the same thing. Download AND update...then scan. http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php
  4. I think everyone gets these. Someone said it was due to a memory leak but I am not sure if that is true or not.
  5. This site is done in postnuke (php) with some html.

  16. roll your eyes all you want. I know what I am talking about. I have pulled data off much better hackers computers than most you know I am sure. When they get out ask them what we can do. You may be waiting a while however :(Oh yeah the electron-microsope....we have those over here. Yes they can be used but are only in the most extreme cases when data needs to be recovered. It requires being sent to FBI in Washington. I think Secret service also has one to do that but I am not 100% sure about that.So before you jump up with expert tips on how to reformat you may want to take note to someone who has done that type of thing before.
  17. Yeah...try a magnet...that will work...Ever heard of electron microscopes?We are coming...hehehestart watching out your window....paranoid yet....hehehehe...sucks to be you.Oh I love to screw with people..... lol
  18. Good! Now I bet some of the people that downloaded it are slightly worried not for the simple reason of downloading it but for someone kicking in their door thinking they may have been the one that helped spread it. Dont worry just clicking delete doesnt work.....They have some cool programs that recovers parts of that kind of stuff years later after a few formats. :(Glad I am not you.....

I havent watched techtv since they merged with G4.Back to the topic, I scanned through the article and while his take on things are kind of kid like he has a basic point. The fact is if they are breaking the rules I dont give a damn who they quote, who they are, or for that matter who they think they are.
