It took me reload after reload. I searched the regsitry for anything EA and Dice. After finding everythjing. Deleting everything. I resinstalled and it worked. Then because I downloaded Special Forces Ala Their Steam thingy. I could not play once the game was installed. I tried repatching and it always says the error that I have to have the previous patch installed to patch it. So I e-mail EA. Twice now and I have yet to get a response. I have searched their forums but to no avail. I am not computer illiterate. You should not have to reinstall an operating system to play a game that ran fine before the last patch. So I either play BF2 and cant play SF or don't play at all. GG to EA. I am with you on this K2.

Well. I played BF2 the other afternoon. I patched today and the patch says. You need version 1.12 to apply this patch. Hmmmm. I just played ver 1.12 the other day. I repatched from ground up and same thing. I downloaded a different one from a different site. No go. Registry checks out as version 1.12. Hmmmmm. Guess I will have to uninstall, wipe the registry, reinstall and try the whole thing over again. Now I know what Arnie felt like a little bit. I had a perfectly functioning game 3 days ago. Try to Patch it and it wont patch.

Seen it. Some shows are down right gut busting hilarious. Others are just ok. I loved the Duct tape, air duct, pontoon boat, recliner ship. The brass bed converted into a lawn mower was sweet too. Many a good time.

I would go to the BF2 section and manually update your punkbuster.

Who was it? What was this persons name? How many times did this clan member do it? We have had problems of people impersonating our clanmates or think they are in our clan by just completing our request form. Did you ever think of that one? How do you know it was not a rival clan member impersonating us to get you to think it was us or some other strange occurence? So until you learn how to properly ask or post in another clans forums....... Go Pound Sand. And as said before....... "You Gonna Get Die"
