Oh by the way. When you use a joystick and use the WSAD keys. Where do you put the joystick? That is a big andvantage with the arrows keys. You slide the keyboard over and the joystick goes in between the keyboard and mouse. Your arms are not spread too far apart.

ARROWS RULES. There is more space around the keys and less chance of hitting the wrong one. 5 Button Mice Rule as well. scroll is switch weapons. mouse 3 is jump mouse 4 is Sprint mouse 5 is Map 0 numpad is reload end is enter vehicle home is squad screen num pad 7 is VOIP numpad 2 is Vent shift and enter is prone \ is main screen The idea behind the Arrows is to surround the arrow keys with your most commonly used keystrokes. The 5 button mouse allows you to sprint and move and have all fingers where they need to be. Thumb activates mouse 4 for sprint. That is the most important of all when having a game with sprinting.
  3. Thanks Chippy. Thats the unit. It works very well.
  4. What Gator should have done to recover it was take his Geritol and not loose the key in the first place.
  5. I agree with Jasun. The Saitek is what you should get. Either the combo unit or the single Joystick. My kids have the Thrustmaster Top Gun version of the Saitek with Joystick and Throttle combo. It may be big but it rules the sky. The Saitek is more comfortable for hours as well.
  6. What and Why is wrong with it?

It is fun. Just give it time. You can sprint, heal, singleshot and do a lot of cool stuff that FA had that made it fun.
  19. You only need to get above the 60hz default windows refresh rate. So 1024x768 at 72hz is fine. I have found 85hz the best as far as clarity and consistancy with my monitor. Use that if you can do it. See what ya think.
  20. True. His only adventures are when he gets low on Twinkies and has to "Venture" out and get a truckload more.
  21. These are just phrases. It is your minds that are corrupting the situation.
  22. This is Linux compatable source code and for the people that can write code to mod these games. At least that is my take on it.
  23. Hmmmm. Interesting technology. Think of the advantages. Every game that has different keyboard mappings can show the specific keys differently. Just hink about the default keys magically appearing on your keyboard.
